I like it. Just an idea-“lion of Judah”on the top and “on the throne”on the bottom. Put a ribbon through the holes at the top and it becomes wall art. I hope this makes sense.
That is another great idea for the mold.
Why not size them down on your printer. Lightly spray your paper with hair spray to keep ink from running. Mod podge image and go for it.

Watch Pouring Your Heart out. Julie on that channel sucks out the center to get her pour to fully close in the center. She uses a syringe. The technique works great. Don't get frustrated...even your mistakes, if you can call them that, turn out beautifully! Love your videos and all your wisdom. 😊

You could maybe use some of the other tattoos on decorative chopping boards or trays maybe , but i think this piece looks good even though its not what you wanted

Good save. You were right,the glitter made it perfect. I did 2 thinkers on 2 heart bases & the resin ran over a little bit. I was frustrated because I couldn’t get it to stop, so I left it for a couple of days. I looked at it again & think I can sand the sides & top coat & they should be okay. They were for my grandchildren, so they aren’t too particular or judgmental as I am. Sometimes you got to lay it aside & come back to it - it may not be as bad as you think. 👍🏼

Before you get too down on yourself for the resin, me I suggest googling what a sheet of alabaster might look like? Very expensive very high-end... Perhaps everybody will be striving for the look of sheets of alabaster after watching your video❤❤❤

Lions. Took the girls to a wildlife safari. Young male African Lion runs up to my car window, we are nose to nose staring into each others eyes for at least a couple minutes. He roars, runs to back of new car bites the bumper and starts pulling the car back to his tree. I kid you not. Couldn’t gun it as car in front of me. Brakes on and still pulling us back. They had to tranquilize all of them so we could leave. Wild animals are drawn to me. Also holding a small panther at a park and old lady walks up with curlers in her hair. Panther got upset. Hissed, growled and tried to swipe at her. Small yet fierce. About a year old but most beautiful cat I’ve ever been around. This came out pretty cool actually. ❤❤❤ the expression on the lion’s face. Very nice sparkle too. 🥰

@@glitznglitterbymichelle1 if you go don’t go in a new car or anything super nice. Go in an old beater. I’m serious. When you go in one of those parks, they don’t cover any damage to vehicles nor does the insurance company. It’s enter at your own risk. I’ve been around so much wildlife it’s crazy. Mountain Lions to African to Panther to Lynx. So bears are the least of my worries. Those Lynx are fast. One comes in the yard during winter here. Also have a cougar that I’ve seen too. I’ve learned to check the yard before I go outside.

@@glitznglitterbymichelle1 apparently the people behind me taped it. Never got to see it though. He was such a strong cat. I was in awe of how strong they really are. The stories I can tell you are hilarious but not when they happened. lol seriously wild critters like me. lol

Hey girl I just watched your video w/the lion I think it's awesome to me it looks like the sun is shining on the left (that is as you are looking at it) I really wanted you to put the writing on the bottom of of the mold, not saying it doesn't look great it was just what I saw as you were working on the project it's just beautiful the way it is you know when you're watching someone doing their thing you as a student trying to learn can see things differently. Actually, I'd skip the clipboard attachment, stick the lion title at the top or bottom and put it in a picture frame and hang that beauty on a wall, it's just that gorgeous!!! Trick I shared with Marva. I found that a dab of UV resin can help remove some of those stubborn resin stragglers. Soap and water didn't remove some of the glitter, mica, and resin from the edges of my dragon mold. 😅
I see a terrazzo or mosaic video in the future. 😊 The thin resin should be easy to break up.
May not have been your plan, but it is looking like God's plan. Because I love the finished product. ❤

Hello, I'm a new subscriber. I've only been doing resin for a few months but isn't one of the points of resin that it kinda does it's own thing. The artistry of resin is freedom from control. Personally I think this is gorgeous!
Yes, it definitely does its own thing. But once you learn and "predict" how it should go and then it doesn't do what you hoped I get a bit disappointed. Enjoy your new resin journey!! Merry Christmas!

As you often are, your too hard on yourself. I love the way it turned out. Temp tattoo’s are hard to work with and I get what you were trying to do with the gold. Honestly I think it’s great!

Funny how you are so dismissive of this project, I really like how it came out, beautiful colours…, nice effect in the resin….. really like this clipboard and the outcome…. and the glitter is really beautiful too… love the temporary tattoos … although I use more the coloured ones, but these are stunning too…. ❤
You're not the only one who ended up with a bunch of huge tattoos. Unfortunately, Amazon and Temu don't give you the inches. I also have the Istoyo micas and love them. Beautiful. I would try to do something to make his eyes stand out, but I realize you are limited cuz you've already done the resin part.

The tattoo was way too big for the notebook mold, they are just huge!
Make a mold for them….it is beautiful anyway you look at it.

I think it turned out beautifully! As for the round coaster and the crackle, I thought you decided, that for the crackle effect, you needed to add clear at the end in the middle? Would that have changed anything? Thank you for sharing successes and "failures". 💞
I don't think clear would've made the colors blend but I'm not 100% sure...

Next time you should try Alcohol pens to high lite his mane. You need to not be so negative about your presumed failures. You learn from your mistakes and so do we. I just wish you would wear a proper mask. We only get one set of lungs. It turned out beautiful by the way.
Put "FEARLESS" on the clip board.
I would put the name of the person who the clipboard belongs to. Easily identifiable.

It looks very cool! I just started this hobby, I have some temporary tattoos, I think they are also good with this project..will try! Where do you buy resins for a good price? I found them are kinda expensive.
The ones I use are very good and very reasonable for the kits. Find the links in all my description boxes of each video 😊
The glitter helped it can you do this on a round tray and place the temporary tattoo first then pour the resin will the tattoo pull up off the mold ?

For the crackle effect, would swirling two colors in the mold ruin the effect?
Or what about if you do kinda a dirty pour or marble effect in the cup before pouring it?
I also wonder if you can put the tattoo on the mold (well that part I know you can do because I've seen other people do that) and then brush mica powder onto the tattoo to give it a little color, since they're kinda transparent? If I remember from when I was a kid, temporary tattoos were slightly tacky for a little bit.
For the crackle effect, I think a dirty pour would work better. Yes, you can put a temporary tattoos directly on the mold and paint them on the backs. I have done that before. when you peel off the resin, you will have to topcoat over the tattoo though, because it does leave a sticky residue.
