As to the tone, I suspect you are playing heavy strings? And then there's of course your touch that makes up the tone... As Dominic Miller replies when people say that his guitar sounds good: well, let's put it down on the floor and see how it sounds! 😊

Hi Rene! This is my latest acquisition. 😊 The strings are Thomastk-Infeld flats.
I bought it used last week & the guy who owned it was a guitar tech so he set it up with the flats.

I have that guitar! The tuners suck so bad i never touch it - have you upgraded any parts on yours?

I just got the guitar. I’ve had no issues with the tuners. It came with heavy flat wound strings so that might need why I’ve had no tuning problems.
I have no intentions of replacing anything on this guitar.
