I don't know what it is but you talking candidly is just a mood lifter. Also I think its relatable. Atleast to me! Also a tip of the hat for showing mints, foldable bags and pepper spray! THEY ARE ESSENTIAL.
Iti's great to see so many people humbly pointing the wipes out because it shows that not only is awareness on the rise but people, without lashing out on others, are making genuine efforts to point out such crucial things. Kudos to all you people. I am also glad that seeing those wipes lent a sudden click in my mind and I was like yeah, that is somewhat that needs to be addressed. Also one can only make an impact and be convincing when they politely and respectfully point it out. I would like to add another item to the list of non-eco-friendly items in this video. They are tampons (pads also are non-biodegradable). Switching to menstrual cups can sound intimidating but that is only for the initial few days and with practice it will be the best thing ever to deal with periods. Also it is so much more cost-effective. Not only menstrual cups, but re-usable cloths pads, bio-degarable versions of existing products etc are being brought out in the market in efforts to make our lifestyles more eco-friendly. You can chose whatever kind you deem comfortable.
A clear pouch (mint gums & spray, a swiss army knife, pads tampons, travel size perfume, a small medical kit (an alcohol swab, band aids at least 2, aspirin and basic medicine), a nappy pin, makeup miniatures (a bright lipstick and mascara), a hydrating spray), facial wipes, a power bank, pepper spray (keep it in a place that is easy accessible), hand sanitizer, your own pen, sunglases 2x, a foldable bag.

Love this video! It has some amazing essentials and suggestions! While I do already carry a lot of this stuff, the clear bag for the emergency supplies is a great idea, especially since its neater and since I change bags every so often this would make transferring things much easier 😊

Hey Sherry! Are swiss knives allowed while travelling in metros? Also would recommend you to try using menstrual cup if you've already been using tampons, trust me you will love it.
Just do a google search yourself. Trust me it's not difficult to find. Amazon has a ton of them! And a lot of stores also sell them now anyway (you can usually see them around or at the checkout counters but sometimes near the bag sections too) so its very easy to get one. Hope this helps. 😊
I have been thinking about this for a while and want to say it out, you guys as influencers have such power to influence your audience in a good manner. I think it would be nice if you can consciously influence your audience to start thinking about the environment in forms and ways of adopting to such lifestyles so that people realise their bit. Your voice will act as nudge. For eg: wipes are not good for the environment, it’s one time use. Perhaps research on alternatives Eco friendly ways which might not be convenient but atleast safer for the environment. You have the power to influence the lifestyle of millions, please encourage the audience to be conscious about the environment
Funny thing is i used to carry all dese...and i noticed nothing happened wen i was carrying dese..no cut...no period...and i got fed up and didnt carry any of doee after that...and suddenly i needed a knife...a bandaid...a pad in abrupt situations😂😂😂

The main issue is of public washrooms ..can u please make a video and telling what all cautions to take while using a public washroom ..or any solution when there are no washrooms at ur rescue ..like traveling to rural places .. please tell how to maintain hygiene
Yes do your bit for the environment by having a foldable bag but also avoid using those wipes because they too are harmful for the environment. Watch BBC’s video on tons of wipes ending up in trash which aren’t even capable of being recycled and aren’t biodegradable. So please avoid pulling out wipes for little purposes like you said you do. Or better just stop using bec they’re not thaaaaat necessary.
Yes I remember the UK once had what they called 'fat-berg' - named so because it was like an iceberg but just a huge mound of baby wipes and makeup and other non bio-degradable wipes - it just clogged up their whole sewer and garbage elimination systems! Yuck! Since then they've tried to discourage the selling of wipes and spread awareness but I don't know how much it's worked.
