I think you should try using a menstrual cup. They are God sent gift straight from the heavens!! Seriously! You'll forget that you are on periods (except the cramps). It's helpful in every way possible. You don't have to change it like 10 times a day, traveling during that time becomes so easy with these cups inside. I feel every girl should try this. I think with my personal experience a nail file is a must have. I feel like nails are so important part of or look they can make it or break it. I make sure keep a nail file with me in my bag always (they don’t break really often) for emergencies, if I break a nail or anything at work or something I can quickly fix it. Also I feel it’s important as something when a nail starts breaking the line enters the nail bed which can be really painful. This my one thing I would add.

I use it on a daily basis, whenever I go out. It just helps to keep the undergarments clean. You just stick it to your underpants and remove it and put it in a disposing bag/cover and put it in the dustbin. It helps to not wet the panties completely after using a public or in school or college washrooms, which I'm sure will not provide tissue papers. Also, Panties will last longer
Pantt liners -mini version of pad. Unlike pads we can use this everyday but i suggest u to use it on those days when we feel wetness due to white discharge and anyways..

I use it on a daily basis, whenever I go out. It just helps to keep the undergarments clean. You just stick it to your underpants and remove it and put it in a disposing bag/cover and put it in the dustbin. It helps to not wet the panties completely after using a public or in school or college washrooms, which I'm sure will not provide tissue papers.
Also, Panties will last longer
Pantt liners -mini version of pad.
Unlike pads we can use this everyday but i suggest u to use it on those days when we feel wetness due to white discharge and anyways..

Its good even if she repeats it a million times. Prolly she wants to make sure every girl maintains basic hygiene. I have seen girls in my office who dont follow such basic things like deo, wrapping pads, washing after peeing etc & most importantly flushing the toilet.
