1. Sanitizer- every girl must jut own because girls are more cautious about cleanliness
2. Water bottle- I have 250 ml
Pepper spray- it should be handy, like in most easily accessible pocket of the bag
3. Umbrella- you don’t know when it would rain and girls don’t wanna ruin their day
4. Toilet sanitizer- there are so many germs in public toilets
Plus a facewash and wet wipes😅 Helps a lot while travelling especially.

One thing that i would like to mention is a toilet seat sanitizer. I carry it always and get asked what is that because very few people know about it . Every girl should definitely carry that

One small note, usage of deodrants causes breasts as well as skin cancer, I am a doctor!!! Soo go for natural DIY deodrant options, like an essential oil or something!!! Small suggestion for everyone who reads this!!! Love u! 💗💗

I prefer using drigstore powders like.nycil .. Bcz too much usage of deo cause me underarm irritation and this powder prevents any sort of odour seamlesslu

I think you should try using a menstrual cup. They are God sent gift straight from the heavens!! Seriously! You'll forget that you are on periods (except the cramps). It's helpful in every way possible. You don't have to change it like 10 times a day, traveling during that time becomes so easy with these cups inside. I feel every girl should try this.

However I would like to mention something for those with sensitive skin..I personally highly dislike the Johnson baby wipes..I think they are just not made for the face, I used to use it a lot some time back but it led to skin problems+darkens ur face..so please take care if u have sensitive skin..

Wonderful suggestions on the things that we need to keep handy. I was thinking abt yet another use for the panty liners. While wearing shoes, they can be stuck knside to help reduce sweatiness and odour. The corners can be cut and used as shadow shield and squares can be placed on nipples to cover them ( they may tend to peep at times).

Love love love this! Love that you included a period tracking app in your video that too Clue! I've been a regular user of the Clue app since two years and its helpful not just to track your period but also your ovulation and it comes in handy when you go to your gynae for problems! So handy. Also, please carry a toilet seat sanitiser. Public washrooms are usually dirty and it comes in handy against infections. It's available on Nykaa. Also, a sanitiser also comes in handy but it needs to be spill proof. Love 💕

As i hv peach fuzz hair all all all over my face I started using it to ALL OVER MY FACE AND NECK PROBABLY. It has been 6 months i have noticed i m getting more hair and thick hair. YES THICK HAIR. it was ok till I used 2-3 times. I dont know what to do now. I think i hav to visit dermatologist now 🙁

Its good even if she repeats it a million times. Prolly she wants to make sure every girl maintains basic hygiene. I have seen girls in my office who dont follow such basic things like deo, wrapping pads, washing after peeing etc & most importantly flushing the toilet.

@@anishapadmanabhan5536 no not every day. I do it like once in 15-20 days or whenever I feel like my upper lip hair is visible and I need to shave, only then 😊 I am using Miniso Razors.

@@anishapadmanabhan5536 no not at all. It is just like the way hair grows after threading. Best practice is to wash your face, exfoliate a little and then shave it off. And later you can use an ice-cube to calm and tone the skin 😊

What's the difference between panty liners and those ultra thin sanitary napkins?
Sanitary napkins are for the periods. They're designed to absorb a great about of moisture. Panty liners however are small tiny pads that you can use to keep your panties from staining from the regular everyday discharge. Sometimes it can really mess up your underwear and the panty liners are designed to be an absorbent barrier between you and the fabric. Sometimes I also use them on the extremely last days of my period when the flow is limited to a few drops only and a regular napkin is too big for that. These liners are tiny and cover only a small area. What's also great is that you can use them as sweat pads in your blouses or other tops that you don't want sweat stains on.
Where cane we get panty liners?
@@sristijaiswal you can get them anywhere. You can simply type "panty liners" in Nykaa's search box and you'll get many options. The most popular brand is Carefree, they come in a pink packet. But it is totally your choice so go for whatever you prefer. You can get them on Amazon, Big Basket, even your neighbourhood grocery store. You can look for them in Big Bazar or Spencer's or Easyday. They fall under feminine hygiene so easy to procure.

I use it on a daily basis, whenever I go out. It just helps to keep the undergarments clean. You just stick it to your underpants and remove it and put it in a disposing bag/cover and put it in the dustbin. It helps to not wet the panties completely after using a public or in school or college washrooms, which I'm sure will not provide tissue papers.
Also, Panties will last longer
Pantt liners -mini version of pad.
Unlike pads we can use this everyday but i suggest u to use it on those days when we feel wetness due to white discharge and anyways..

Don't touch your face immediately after shaving.. Just wash your face, massage with ice cubes.. Shave your face at night,so that your skin can heal overnight.. After massaging with ice cubes, apply a thick layer of any gel you like and sleep..

A major point of using a menstrual cup is to reduce the toxic waste generated by sanitary pads and tampons. Encouraging the use of panty liners just nullifies that. That's so much of useless plastic generated and will obviously be extremely harmful for the environment. Maybe you should give them up!

Please don't go for razor gals and not even for epilators etc. If you have PCOS/PCOD and are suffering from hirsutism. In hirsutism or excessive hair growth our high androgen levels give us coarser and thicker hair which doesn't even go away properly easily . Only traditional threading,face wax and electrolysis is very effective. If you will go for razor and other options you will regret it later as i am also a PCOD patient from last 8 years and i know how much embarassing it is to have extra facial and bodily hairs but instead feeling ashamed of this learn to deal with this. None cares about facial hair and bodily hair that much if you are confident and carry yourself with grace. Always remember beauty comes with grace not by fad. Its good to maintain hygiene but theres nothing to feel ashamed of hair on our body they are there for a reason to protect us from all sorts of problems. Most of us don't come from glam worlds so it is not important for us to look under someone's nose . No need to hate your hairs. Some have less and some have more thats it. Rest of your video is good but again the products you mentioned have a lot of harmful chemicals inside of them. Which can lead to cancer and other skin allergens. Not everyone's skin type and body type and need type is similar to you so you should be more careful and should do more research for organic and safer products. Don't make ladies go crazy for chemical laiden things. Go chemical free. None wants to regret their choices in the end like i me.

Abd after 2nd day only hair starts growing n when u touch that in opposite direction it feels like ... dnt can’t explain but , its really feel awkward or... i mean u can understand what m trying to explain u,so how to avoid that or get rid off that.
Use panty liners from PeeSafe if you wear them daily. They're biodegradable otherwise you'll generate so much waste !

You should not shave the hair in your nasal cavity... It is meant to filter the air that we inhale... If it is too much then a minor trimming is fine... But shaving it completely is very wrong

For under arm sweat problem we can use under arm pads we can also cut panty liners half 🌓 and stick them on our top under arm curve to get rid of wetty clothes because of under arm sweating
