Hey there! I would say under your business page a) to keep things separate between your personal profile and business page and b) to leverage any tools or analytics that come with doing it under your business page.

I just get next to zero engagement and nobody posts their own stuff. I have to post everything and they may post a comment. I have 100+ people and like only 3-16 people even see it. This is not working well for me.

And once you've created your Unit, you should be able to navigate to it at any time and have the option to write posts or add files from there :)
