The lags are the same for me in Germany and many of my friends also experience it. DCs are rare, but this seems to be the case for many internet ports in Germany sadly.

Yeah it’s actually pretty easy to overcome a bad diet with good genetics and a lot of training I eat maccas often and other terrible food and never gain weight past a certain point, part of it is doing sport at young age which Tyler did also

About T1s connectivity issues... IT-Guy from Germany here: it's very likely, that the lags and dcs are simply internet service provider oder Infrastucture issues. Nothing you could do anything about. German IT infrastructure is pretty old an fuked up. Very few people have fibre connection, since you usually have to pay all the neccesary roadwork out of your own pocket. with the current infrastructure in some smaller villages you barely get download speeds of 10mb/s, even though not beeing that remote. The government is run by some old ass people who barely know how to handle their smartphone and dont want to know anything about the "internetz" and internet service providers come up with shit like vectoring to fake bandwidth instead of investing in proper fiber infrastructure. Overall the entire thing is fucked and i kind of just wanted to get rid of my frustration about that. Have a nice day :)

The stuttering looks like something is using up all the PC's resources and his streaming software (i.e. OBS) can't keep up. If it's a bandwidth problem you'd expect lower quality / buffering but consistent framerate.

The lagging is probably caused by DFX9 Legacy Mode or something like that. I had that stuttering too even tho the fps were saying nothing is wrong. I turn either off or on *something* Legacy Mode and the stuttering never came back.
