It's always bad players that focus on kda. Sometimes there are tanks that are the one who carry the whole game by making the right calls and catching people, protecting their carries, farming when the time is right and taking towers. And then some 12/3/4 mid who happens to be fed because he knows his champ but nothing beyond that, that proceed to spam ping his team when he dies solo in late game giving away nashor and loosing the game but he ends up thinking he carried his team because "good kda". Then he will cry that he is stuck gold because of his teammates

He is definitely smart and knows what to do and quickly adapts but I think the fact that he turns games into chaos rattles a lot of high elo players who are so used to playing the game a very certain way and he definitely ruins that

baus has hit rank1 on 2 separate occasions already. 1:05 . also he only really played a lot of tank sion when hullbreaker first came out, 80% of his sion games are full ad on his main.

The baus is an absolute beast. The fact he has such a strange play style makes it so entertaining to watch. I only recently found your channel but I really like it so when you review babus it’s just two good things coming together haha
happychimenoises revealed about inting kogmaw and karthus on bot as well coz they get more value as champs early or smth, i also do it as yi mid - meta in 2015 used to be ignore teammates n fights until 40:00 farm game end ietms n psuh side lines.. tower plates in 2020 since a 3 years break i return to see this + herald..change d everything. 2016-2019 didnt have good pc barely played any league, got baned for afking on some smurf accs since i literally froze in most games..lags.. they made the game requierments too big. TOwer plates and now especially htese new bounties kinda force u to int n get fed..and if u feed the enemy team then shut em down u get even more fed and if ure with late game runes/champions like master yi you totally will dominate !!! even nasus n veigar are viable again. 2 bad sion got reworked n his ult is useless nowdays unliek 2012 where u gcould ghostblade blodothirsters x2 = 300%+lifesteal aoe n attackspeed.. and the fact that my team odften feeds i dont jungle at all anymore. mid+top ftw even support yi or ww n coutner neemy jungle if im autofilled supp. my bot was 0-19 when i was udyr 8-0 2020 and i lost.. even tho all objectives caught. this year i was 22-0 ni won, team still wanted to report me coz they r bad n lose their lanes n i literally carried 1v5 ;d. anyway..yeah int strategy is very met anowdays if ure smart n know how to psuh, looking map-knowing where ppl will be..invest in paltes. as ppl know - u dive enemy with huge wave htey lose lots of waves.. else they waste tp if they're bad eno to get a tp instead of ignite or flash anyway. ghost ofc is first best spell
I love watching thebaus aswell, HOWEVER... I would NOT want to play with nor against him because his strategy and playstyle is litteraly toxic and ruins the game actually, he plays like he is in a game of age of empires and not league haha ;) but yeah, awesome content and he's very skilled also :)
going from 1 8 to most damage in the game, MORE THAN CAMILLE AND KASSA, is something that only a legend could accomplish
if you constantly die in order to deal damage, then that's not something special. The thing is, not so many people can abuse this so well as Babus and often deal more damage than anyone else and lose the game.

Lord dom when you have 3k health is like, bruh?
The build isn't random, it's actually extremely optimized. He wants to build lethality, so he gets prowler's and youmuu. The problem is that all the other lethality items kinda suck, they only give 10-12 lethality which is very low. So out of all those terrible options, the best ones are serpent's fang (which is a situational item, but he often builds it) and collector, which is the default choice. So now for the 4th item he wants % armor penetration, which is either serylda or lord dominik. Serylda's slow is nice, but if he builds lord dominik's instead, then together with collector he already has 40% crit chance. This allows him to enable infinity's passive for the last item, for a massive dmg power spike. This is the most dmg you could possibly ever have on a full build sion.
The reason this strategy works is because of diminishing returns for kills. When he dies, he gets minions, plates, and draws pressure, which grows in value over time; the enemy gets gold from killing him which decreases in value over time.
If the enemy kills him they are getting minions plates and applying pressure
@@thechinesevirus9628 he uses passive to deny a wave shove so they never get plates, he creates huge amounts of pressure whether it be proxing wave or spit pushing that no other champ can really match(if he splitpushs against any1 but Camille he just ults out) Sion has amazing late game(he’s pretty much guaranteed to get 1-2 kills just notice how he goes from like 0/8 to 14/14)+ his “baus special” where he ults between towers pretty much guarantees the win If they get inhib
Theres a reason he’s so high rated, sion is a champ where you can play really bad and force a win and he’s just perfected it

Tl:dr sions design is flawed because it allows poor play (by the conventional rules of league) it means that even if you die in wave you can just shove the wave, fix any problems and put it in a good spot for you and even get kills, in fact his lategame passive pretty much makes up half of his kills bc with prowlers he’s pretty much guaranteed a kill so he can easy one shot with R-Q and die, than claw onto adc and maybe even triple kill
so because of this he can just trade kills for insane pressure (because his passive can usually negate the 300 gold) and bc of his passive preventing a wave push, sion being a scaling champ and passive meaning even if he dies it’s still only maybe like 100~ gold he loses out on and is usually worth. Playing against this feels like playing against kayle but every auto she hits on you gives her 50 gold and she just perma inted lane and eventually got 3 or so items and wins the game would feel like shit, did baus gap khan? Not even close, but did he carry? Yup
That’s why I say you can play really bad, I didn’t mean that they were bad I’m just saying it’s bad by conventional play. In fact i think the fact baus can play this 1klp is insane and highlights his ability as a macro yenius as he pretty much beats them with it and nothing else
TLDR of tldr his passive early let’s him play very unconventionally and all he needs to do is just get 10cs pm and a couple towers and he transitions to a lategame 1v9er without a single fuck about his Kda
Also if you disagree with my statement that his passive rewards poor play your disagreeing with nemesis the (last time I checked I think it was close to1.3k)lp on korean server who literally said exactly that and he thinks it’s a bad designed champ. Couldn’t find the clip tho

From the beginning where you said “why am I doing this review” til the end I was dying laughing 😂 this guy is training his team’s and opponent’s mental to the max. Quality commentary as always mate!
I think the dumb deaths that he gives, ironically affects the other team frustrating the other laners even more cause the achievements on lane doesnt impact at all in late game, when this Sion is putting so much pressure on the map regardless of the score, in the end "demolishes" the moral of the enemy team securing the win even more.

I played against a sion that played like baus yesterday with cho and even though i won lane like 5-2 when he got hullbreaker and hp he was just proxying and i couldnt do anything. my mental was wrecked that game. My mental would be even more wrecked if i was playing a champ like camille thats supposed to win against sion.

if anyone played sion you'd know that his passive is not as easy as right clicking, you need to have good orb walking, to stay on top of them, phase rush helps alot tho.

True, Sion while alive is also a pretty hard champ cause all his skills are telegraphed, so in high elo people easily react to them.

Well the champs are different so it makes sense. You can fall behind on sion and still have an impact late game as long as you farm and help team. If you're behind on riven there's really not much you can do. It makes sense that the champ you're playing dictates your emotions when you die.
Same with viegar. Even if I lose lane/do horribly. I know I will eventually come back and kill people. Also the cage is useful even if I can't damage the enemy.
The reason he has to die in his strat in because he always trade his dead with a wave that he shouldn be able to get or to get a flash thats what a " good death " is
He's got one of the thickest Swedish accents I've ever heard. The mispronounced sounds aren't difficult for us to pronounce, but common ones that Swedes tend to get wrong.
He speaks english all day and is pretty good at it, he just seems to not give a shit about pronounciation and it really fits his character

Baus' strategy of using controlled chaos to tilt his opponents into making mistakes is quite beautiful to watch. Those plays that Khan's team looked forced. They were also unconsciously targeting him in quite a few of those fights. Slowly but surely the enemy ceded their advantage and momentum to Baus' team. Karma's belief in Baus is quite inspiring to watch tbh. He unconsciously raised their morale every single time he took something away from the opposition, and this is after almost every time he got killed.

Sheryldas Grudge is not worth on sion since 3 of his 4 abilities already have massive slows and slows don't stack on top of each other. Yeah Lord doms passive is kinda useless but the crit chance makes up for it. Plus, getting armor pen on top of lethality is broken

I've played like 20 games of this Sion and there is so much depth to it. It's difficult to win 1v1 in side lane, your passive gets cc'd slowed etc, your ult is so easy to be dodged/blocked. His macro and mechanics are just good so it works. He isn't just an engage bot that sometimes hits q's and right clicks in passive. He absolutely carries the late game fights.
4:20, I literally shuttered when you said banner of command, then immediately was thrusted into a volatile flashback of a baron buffed banner of command minion tanking my tower for 30 minutes while the enemy team watched the zzrots slowly diminish my base to nothing
