I just dipped my toe in Hermès!! I just got the grooming bag! It’s a gray with brown trim and just fell in love!!! Very simple. Reminds me of my neverfull! Should get tons of use out of it and it’s way more my style then any other Hermès bags. I’m so excited!!!
So many neat options. I wish I could find more styling videos of the lesser known Hermes bags. I have a found a few in Chinese that are great. One of my favorite Hermes bags is the Garden Party. I have it in the military toile with leather trim in Noir, but I love the all leather version too which can be dressed up or down with twillys. My version has a beautiful burgundy lining instead of the canvas which I love.

I have Picotin, mini Roulis, lindy, Aline & Garden Party and I dont think they are easy to get/ low-key now. (But they were in the past) Many have turned to H bags as Chanel is increasing their price every season. Personally I love non-BKC bags a lot for their designs and practicality!
You NEEEED to try the Garden Party in leather .. get it larger a bit than what you normally carry... I NEVER thought I would get one... but I was offered a black one... OMG...I LOVED it immediately... so you never know ...
How does the canvas lining hold up? It is my one hesitation to getting the all leather version. I have the GP 36 in the black military toile, which has a coated burgundy lining (not the canvas) that is super easy to keep clean. I love the versatility of the style and the all leather one can serve the same function as a Birkin.
@@mbelieve9919 let me tell you.... all leather means all leather., so no issues at all..the one i have is a matte finish . Negonda leather.. i use a fourbi inside. . I use them with all my bags... including Birkins... Kellys... etc... even Pocotin.. they have no edges so... i know they are expensive.. but they are worth it.

Hi Mel, a video idea/request - can you share some Hermes vintage/heritage/vaulted (is it a word lol) bag styles? I’m toying with the idea of acquiring a vintage H that’s a unique and classic model outside of B/K/C and would love some inspiration! The nearest analogy in other houses I can think of is e.g. for Chanel a Diana (24K gold plated hardware) will be a great vintage bag in one’s collection.
The toolbox is a great bag , I love that it's in swift so it's really light but holds alot. I'm not a big fan of North-south designs that's what holds me back on that bag but you never know!
I absolutely love your P18 and Bolide 27 - don't ever sell them :-) I can tell that you love the smaller H bags - I am the opposite! I also love the older H designs - like the Dalvy, the Carabas, and the Malle Poste. My son has kidnapped my Victoria II and he uses it for gym. I hope in your future videos you would share with us how to look after the light-colour bags (since you have many of them).
The Victoria as a gym bag is a great idea especially for a male too! I’d love to try a Garden Party and Lindy but is that something you could do by just walking in and asking? Or an appointment is required? Yes you can definitely go there and ask to buy . If they don't have it they would be telling the truth it's sometimes a stock issue and especially right now with on n off France lockdowns and restrictions the stock is at an all time low globally. Price point of L26 is around 12k
My favourites (of the understated-ish bags) are the bolide 1923-30, the Evelyne TPM & the garden party 30 in the leather version. I also love the trim duo & the mosaique. I’m holding out until after I have my dream Constance 18 & Birkin 30 before I purchase any of them though. It’s taking everything within me not to get the bolide 1923 in Gris etain that’s currently on the AU website...
The Bolide 1923 looks like a great bag from what I have seen, though I have not used one. Etain would be stunning. It is worth waiting for the one you really want though!
After few more ppl pointed out how much they like the 1923-30 it's grown on me more. I already liked it but wasn't sure it's my style however I have this urge to buy a big ass bag I feel they are going to come back real soon with force and then prices will go up everywhere 😅
It does lean forward a little cos of hook placement but not in the way that's bothersome because the bag is so lightweight . The 24/24 bag would probably be a bit more bothersome because the bag is heavier. The Kelly danse is ridiculously light it has no "stays'' inside the leather lining. I'll answer this in more detail in a Hermes Q&A video ☺️

Interesting how you did not mention the 2424 at all, to me it is such a wonderful bag that many said it's easier to use than the B or K.

I know not everyone loves it but the Toolbox is so utilitarian with a third party strap (the original is too short for me)

Victoria 2 is one of my favorites. I have 3 and love them.
They are great bags. I love how smooshy they are. But I'm not sure that bag would suit me😬
