Where is this humidity coming from? The air cannot hold any water at such low temperatures and high altitudes. Are the jet engines really making all that water?? Enough to create a giant cloud that lasts hours??
0:45 trails on left and right plane are not the same. Left are made because of engine exaust at hight altitudes because of difference between temperature, right one is made because of maneuvers at the edges of wings and has nothing to do with engines exhaust.

The combustion of 1 kg of kerosène produce nearly 1,4 kg of water. Anyone with basic knowledge of chemistry can confirm that.
