Hey! Found your channel randomly and it's been cool seeing your videos. Definitely thought I'd struggle with the PT stuff myself until I dedicated my time to it. I'm in the best shape of my life now after just a few months of keeping at it.
Departments/states all have their own PT tests but you're absolutely right on the stretching and shoes. I didn't have a chance to stretch before any of the tests I've done, but even if you can do it a few hours before, it helps. Shoes are huge. I was running on 3 year old Asics and wondered why I was getting shin splints so quickly - I went to Fleet Feet and got sized for some Hokas and now running feels good! Keep up the good work bro, I'm subbing.

Thanks for this video! People don't realize how hard the rower is and go unprepared! the rower is a killer if you don't pace yourself and have a technique. Once you hit the 750m - 1250m your mind is telling you to quit but push through!!

Yea it can be easy but can also be hard once one hits that blockade you just mentioned

I noticed you were in the Central Texas Area, would you happen to know what type of fitness test the HH Police Department conducts?

There is also a link to an email there that you can ask about such information, I never went thru HH pd so I honestly don’t know what their test is like
