Sounds like the Flinthop is also employed here. The main Organ has such a rich reedy tone, it was made for congregational singing. Everything about this Chapel is exquisite…….the windows, the carved stonework. Horace Trumbuer and his assistant Architect Julian Abele were the Masters who manifested this magnificent once inspiration into a our reality here on Earth. I know I sound corny, but I mean every word of it. I wish I were there just once before I pass on.
they often switch in big services with one at the Flentrop, which is a bit hard for us with perfect pitch and notice the tuning of Chaumont being quite different from the Aeolian
The really, really obvious photographer at the front ruined this. I hope that the Chapel hasn't endorsed this kind of thing. It looked like he was on a mission to capture the action, but the optics are awful. Sorry, it's worship, not glitz.
