Im not even giving someone 1500 for a car that doesn’t start. Its 1200 or f off. Especially since IM the one bringing MY trailer to tow it. Only car id ever give 5,000 for that doesn’t start would be a Lamborghini or something. Other then that, people are completely out of touch with pricing on facebook marketplace it’s actually disgusting how much people ask for sometimes. Knowing that even if someone does by it, they will have to dump another 3 grand into it just to use it. Its fuckin crazy. Me personally if i had an old beater and i knew it needed some work, i would actually make it as cheap as i can. That way some young kids dad can buy it and fix it up so he can go to school and work. But i guess good people dont really exist anymore. Everyone is a cellphone addicted and self addicted imbecile who only thinks of themselves

@mcfish206 papers she had with her was a printout from DMV proving she was the owner and it was under her name clear of debts. Buying a car without a title is a big gamble, it can have a loan on it, or it can be stolen or registered owner cannot be tracked to get a signature. But if you get a Bill of sale with the seller ID or number. If it's stolen at least you can prove you got it without knowing.
