Looks like we aren't getting .30 slug liners for the Dreamline. That sucks! The only .30 barrel kit for the Dreamline is the 600mm which comes with a pellet liner. The only .30 slug liner available is 700mm which I guess will only fit the Impact since it's the only gun with a 700mm barrel kit. They don't make any 700mm barrels for Dreamline. Which makes perfect nonsense because you actually need less air with a longer barrel. If they are praising the 44gr .30 pellet at 225yards, surely there is enough power to push a 47gr slug thru an extra 100mm.
I must admit that shooting a 30 caliber pellet at 840 ft per second is pretty good. In 25 caliber it must be going over 900 feet per second which is my favorite caliber up to now. With power tuning there is much more possible, also with .22 caliber: At 160bar, one Maverik plenum, four Dreamline plenum, tungsten hammer, 600mm slug barrel and tuning hammer spring it is possible to get 1050 fps with 22grain FX hybrid slugs. The 300cc bottle is enough for one magazine (18 shots). With 40 grain slugs there are 867 fps possible (67 fpe). Mine is with the GRS stock: looks very cool.
Hi, good video :) I wanted to ask you some things about the Dreamline I have the Dreamline Tactical .25 aluminum bottle and it is fantastic but for heavy pellets it falls a little short. They tell me at the factory that the maximum is 150bar in the regulator With the Exact King 25 gr I can reach 941fps Exact King Heavy 34gr I can reach 843 fps I do not doubt you but how is it possible with 45gr cal. 30 to 840 fps? Do you have any secret or enlarged camera or a regulator different from the factory? I will show you my weapon on facebook :) B, regards
H2o ACUA this gun is straight out of the box, there are some tuning things to be aware of, higher reg pressure doesn’t always make more velocity, there is a chance your gun may shoot faster at lower reg pressure depending on your hammer spring tensions. That is a great speed for the 34 grain pellets though. Congratulations on your Dreamline!
@@UtahAirguns Thanks for answering I still believe that the 34gr lacks a minimum 50fps more speed. :) But what I ask is: if tomorrow or another day I change from barrel to cal.30 I will have those 840fps .... what I say is if the maximum regulation I believe is 160bar according to FX Company and with 34gr I do not reach more than 847-870 fps. With 47gr I am sure I will go down to the area of the seven hundred fps .... have you modified anything? I would appreciate your help. B, regards :)
@@h2oacua936 It's all about the tuning. The magic combination of the correct reg and hammer spring setting. He answered your question. You keep referencing the "max" reg pressure. Max reg pressure may be slowing you down. Pneumatics is a funny thing. If you are extending a pneumatic cylinder with a certain amount of air pressure, the piston will reach full stroke at a certain speed. One would think that if you increase the air pressure to the cylinder, then the piston would reach full stroke at a faster speed. This is true to a certain point. However........if pressure is increased beyond a certain point (without enlarging the port that the air flows through), the piston will travel at a slower speed.
@@bowhunt9968 I agree with you and have tried all possible configurations and get the maximum performance for 34gr. I know that the Dreamline is not the Impact and that the lower chamber is much lower internally, apart from the extra (Plenum) that you can put on the Impact. I have an Edgun Matador R5 Super long cal.30 with Huma regulator at 125bar at the moment and a large plenum that allows me to reach 985fps with the exact 44.75gr (at 935 fps it works perfect) That is why I have many doubts that the Dreamline in cal.30 and factory can reach so high without touching its interior or some extra in its exterior. Sorry for my English!! B, regards :)
@@h2oacua936 No worries. Your English is fine! :) I understand your doubt. Unfortunately I can't say either way yet, as my Dreamline has not been shipped yet :( I am looking forward to receiving it. Cuando se compran los balines hay que pesarlos. La mínima diferencia puede hacer que falle el tiro y si está levemente deformado el balin también
wow 44gr @840fps! im on 18gr on a .22 and cant almost get that speed. single plenum/ 120bar reg/ 22 hammer adjust.
It will be my next change
Hi, good video :)
I wanted to ask you some things about the Dreamline
I have the Dreamline Tactical .25 aluminum bottle and it is fantastic but for heavy pellets it falls a little short.
They tell me at the factory that the maximum is 150bar in the regulator
With the Exact King 25 gr I can reach 941fps
Exact King Heavy 34gr I can reach 843 fps
I do not doubt you but how is it possible with 45gr cal. 30 to 840 fps?
Do you have any secret or enlarged camera or a regulator different from the factory?
I will show you my weapon on facebook :)
B, regards
H2o ACUA this gun is straight out of the box, there are some tuning things to be aware of, higher reg pressure doesn’t always make more velocity, there is a chance your gun may shoot faster at lower reg pressure depending on your hammer spring tensions. That is a great speed for the 34 grain pellets though. Congratulations on your Dreamline!

Thanks for answering
I still believe that the 34gr lacks a minimum 50fps more speed. :)
But what I ask is: if tomorrow or another day I change from barrel to cal.30 I will have those 840fps .... what I say is if the maximum regulation I believe is 160bar according to FX Company and with 34gr I do not reach more than 847-870 fps.
I have an Edgun Matador R5 Super long cal.30 with Huma regulator at 125bar at the moment and a large plenum that allows me to reach 985fps with the exact 44.75gr (at 935 fps it works perfect)
That is why I have many doubts that the Dreamline in cal.30 and factory can reach so high without touching its interior or some extra in its exterior.
Sorry for my English!!
B, regards :)
@@h2oacua936 No worries. Your English is fine! :) I understand your doubt. Unfortunately I can't say either way yet, as my Dreamline has not been shipped yet :( I am looking forward to receiving it. Mine was ordered in 25 cal and I had planned to eventually order the 30 cal conversion. The velocities that they stated do seem awfully high for such a heavy projectile.
Man i cant see 200 yd .

Is that gun powerful enough to kill feral hogs?
Tkarlmann, no its not enough for hogs.
😢 poor little fellows
I hate these vids that tell you almost no info you came to see and a bunch of music. I like to see the working of the side lever and hear the sound of the product and report. A number asociated with total shot count. Not a magazine and half like he said. But No, Just a bunch of look how cool my custom stock looks and watch me shoot these dogs. And the gun shoots real good. Of coarse, Its an FX , It better shoot good. Its not a Crosman.
