@Corrans It is for a little petite ☺️ but it sure means low calorie consumption compared to a taller woman. I can really only lose fat if I stick to 1380 - 1450 calories per day.

@Corrans I get frustrated when people tell me I don't eat enough, there is no way I can without being obese ! I fully relate on the running for fat loss - doesn't do the job. It's a good old calorie deficit 😑 and yes - great name! 😂
@@louisez405 If I can give you a useful tip, what works wonders, believe me, miracles. There was a time in my life when I really, really walked a lot! I still do now, of course I remain in a calorie deficit because that is also important. But the walking is really really great! If you walk a lot, the fat literally melts off your body! When walking you burn a lot more than when running, only if, like me, you walk 20 kilometers a day at a faster pace (10 kilometers is also perfect by the way) because not everyone has the time to run 20 kilometers every day. I bought a treadmill for rainy days. I always lose weight when I walk a lot Don't forget to drink 2 liters of water per day. especially if you go for a lot of walking

Short girl here too 156cm and petite frame. My perfect weight is 54 kgs and everyone screeches in horror but for a petite that is NOT super light 😂
