What about engine failure? My 2024 Tundra Limited started skipping, because oil had gotten into one of the cylinders and fouled the plug. It only had 5,631 miles on it. No, I did not abuse it at all.

Customer "complaints" may not be the best phrasing. People complain about all kinds of things, but that doesn't mean they're right. These are all legitimate issues Toyota needs to correct, not frivolous "complaints".
Don't forget that the engine blows up and the wind noise is terrible, especially at high speeds.

For those of us who are previous gen Tundra owners, we aren't use to having these issues that are happening with this 3rd gen. My '08 hasn't had any problems in 16yrs, and it was an all-new design in '07. If Toyota don't fix these issues, the 3rd gen's reputation will be right on par with that of the Big3. Not acceptable at all.

Also have rattle in driver door window trim, my lower thigh support no longer functions on driver seat, it seems to idle a little rough also for being brand new my corolla with 130k on it idles more smooth, also feel a slight surging under light throttle around 30 to 35 mph as well as trans feels too soft in normal mode when its in sport mode it feels more solid and firm like i would think a new truck should feel any suggestions on these issues?

active grill shutters, active spoilers... just more unnecessary junk that adds to initial vehicle cost and then ends up breaking. even while under warranty it can be a real pain and disruption to your life to take your vehicle in for service. then in 3 years when it's out of warranty you're even more screwed. if you get in a fender bender it's more costly to repair, driving everyone's insurance rates up. this over complication of vehicles needs to stop.

I’ve had replaced three of them on my Toyota 2022 tundra 25,000 miles guess what I traded for a ram 1500. They are built so much better and they are stronger riding trucks more comfortable better ride better everything. Toyota has gone by the wayside.
