I remember as a kid growing up during the 60s and 70s my mum struggling to feed four kids but she managed the best she could and we never went hungry but it wasn’t until seeing a recording on tv that if you parboil the chips first then you fry them it mad mediocre chips into something wonderful to eat. In your own way watching this great video made my mind up to go to my mum’s grave tomorrow, which is Sunday in Scotland and reminisce with her her and also to thank you for bringing back happy memories of my youth, thank you. 🙏😇
