Kitchen seems clean enough, but did you see how the Caterers used lots of ‘News-Paper’ sheets placed in and around the dekchi to steam the meat preparation & Biryanis, all the INK of the News-Paper leaks into the dish, and this is unhealthy as the INK used in print is POISONOUS, and in the heat & steam the News-Papers can tear into small pieces and get dissolved in the dish. When you doing Catering on such a humongous level, surely you can use some clean plain sheets of papers!!? It’s very Important, please note. All the dishes look DELICIOUS. Thanks.
