I agree with almost everything on this list, but I would put nuts in S tier! Especially if they are raw or you roast them yourself 🤷🏻♀️
In retrospect, I think you might be right! Just gotta be cautious of serving size and looking out for added ingredients (just like everything else).
Snacks in Austria are more healthy then in the USA
That's because European food standards and regulations are way more regimented than in the USA. It's a shame, honestly. We need to do better in North America!
