Hello park tool I got a bike and I tried to true its wheels but i could do a little bit and 50% of the spokes are stripled should I just replace them? Thank you
Might be better to just replace the wheel. Make sure to add a drop of Tri-Flow lubricant to each nipple from time to time. That way the spokes don't seize up. Also try to ensure you're using the correct spoke wrench. Best of luck.

Yes replace all worn parts
