The most recent GoPro is the 13. The insta 360 will give you more stable videos than the even the most recent go pro and can even unlock more interresting ways to do your streetphoto videos, but it'll require you to adjust your post prod work process quite a bit. If you decide to upgrade your gopro instead, I'll recommend you to go to the 12 if you find it at a good price. The 13 doesn't bring much for you usecase and the 11 doesn't record in Log, which will be very useful for your usecase especially as you're starting to shoot a night too.
