I’ve been wanting to put an apartment on the lot next to the vet clinic in Brindleton Bay and I saw this and IMMEDIATELY had to place it there and let me tell you, it’s fits PERFECTLY! Thank you!

love townhouses so much, doesn't matter if they are san francisco style, french, london, or the type found in washington dc, I just love how they look their beautiful, I think a dc townhouse could be beautiful especially set in springtime with the cherry blossum trees, only thing i'd change layout wise is take out that storage on teh second floor hallway and just give those peeps their own laundry space, and also extend the fence around the play area for teh kids outside cuz most parents want to be able to keep an eye on their kiddos, having them behind a fence to play and anyone on the street could come up and approach the kids isn't something I think most parents would want to happen, I know its the sims but that lil bit of realism makes sense in my brain to just fence in the play area so the parents can keep an eye on the kiddos if their in the pool or lounging by it or gardening yknow
I love that you post an furnished and a unfurnished version of the build cus sometimes you like the interior and some times you want something different. ❤

This is lovely! How do I place it and play in it? When I place it, it says it is residential and therefore the apartments aren't separated :( I must be doing something wrong. I would really really appreciate any help at all!
A long time ago you had a Dutch rowhouse series (which I loved!). Maybe, this is an opportunity to revisit that serie or make a part two on it!

I'm sure there is a reason but I am just wondering what it is. Do we have to choose which rooms are apartments ourselves?
at 22:18 it looks like you have some type of red building tool to help with levelling everything on the shelf? can you please tell me how you did that? (sorry if youve answered that before)
Google OSMP and you’ll find the red shelf that lets you place many objects on shelves in the sims.

that's a though one to answer, but any basic gaming pc or gaming laptop will be able to run the game pretty smoothly i think!

It's kind of a play on simmer and I think just looks better as Simmary vs Simmarie. However, the spelling of her name is Marie 😊
