Many traditional congregations are actually growing rapidly .. and it's the liberal groups that dying away.. the groups that have discarded their habits and their more traditional way of life...the little sisters of the poor are growing..the other dominicans are getting vocations ..the Franciscan sisters are growing...it's the traditional ones which are growing..
👍...Good to see a renewed interest in the sisterhood. I had good ol' nuns when I was in Parochial school...and they commanded respect and got it. Would love to see teaching nuns (in habit) again in some Catholic schools...Ahh, the good ol' days!

There were only 70 at the time this was made, and now they are almost 160 Sisters. May God continue to bless them with more vocations!

Now. They are in Georgetown, Texas, we are so blessed to have met some of these Sisters and. Even the two founders..
