Thanks Rstv for detail report on our State. What we grow here is with natural input. We are not agri surplus State so we procure many items from neighbouring States and sale fewer to rest of the country . We are practicing organic farming system . Our government headed by CM Mr Chamling is a prime mover. We equally thank our Prime Minister for promoting Sikkim as organic farming state world wide resulting sudden growth of number of tourists . Above all our farmers are hero who adopted the cause and succeeded.

Organic farming has potential to grow if private and go government understands landscape of India .the Indian landscape is different in different region for eg:In southern state,rajastan where soil is not fertile they need to use different kind organic technique that can raise its nutrients and maintain soil fertility.organic farming has big potential only if understood based on land,transport and production cost and other benefits are understood properly.
