Excellent! I’ve just bought a mostly intact 219 Harrier 48 here in Australia, of course they were never sold here and nobody knows a thing about them. This is great, being able to see the whole tear down process and how you dealt with the damaged base. I’ve got a much better idea how to tackle my restoration now 👍👍
Are those rollers on the inside so chewed up why not smooth them I used my hayton I brushed on flex all rubber coating make them look nice and wears well
Wow you got lucky with the bolts at the rear roller mine were rusted to hell

You could try powder coating the bodies. A wheel refurb joint could help you. Use a primer. I think the original was powder coated.
