Sylphie's got a similar mana pool to Roxy's and she can cast maybe 50 Advanced-tier spells before running dry. It isn't made clear whether mana consumption runs on a linear or logarithmic curve when it comes to spell tiers.

Rudy has more mana but Roxy has much more spells in her repertoire including higher Healing magic than Rudy.
Wrong, Roxy only knows intermediate healing magic.
Thanks to Sylphie Rudeus now knows advance healing magic.
