Great rip, thanks for sharing!! BUT..... I was cringing every time you were separating the cards by PRYING FROM THE CORNERS....OMG!! PLEASE don't do that anymore!!! Best way to pry sticky cards apart is to sort of "bend" them like a deck of playing cards very gentle & they come apart quite easily with zero damage! Fun rip though man!!

I graded the dirk and it got a PSA 9. The centering was a hair off but not bad overall. The Michael Jordan insert got a PSA 10. I’ve held onto the inserts but have not graded them all. Thanks for watching!
This year and earlier were real bad about greening like this. They still have value but it’s likely the value will have dropped some. Did you pull anything good?
@@BreakerBrosSportsCards got the whole set. As a matter of fact I have 2 boxes. Bought 150k at storage unit, all sports from 1980 to 2011. Man only had the year on front of box and nothing else. I'm finding a gold mine. To many to mention to you. Amazing find in Tampa.
I was very fortunate to catch them at a lower cost. These boxes are insane in price but the cards are very valuable and the sealed product is becoming rarer by the day. Base vet cards sell for decent money too. Enjoy the chase and thanks for watching!
@@joshuaosorio1694 I agree 2k is a bit steep. You would have to get a Dirk or Vince refractor to justify the cost. The refractors are bad about having surface issues as well. The ones I pulled had dimples on them so I’d be lucky to get a psa 8 on them. For 2k purchasing singles would be the way to go but there’s nothing like the rush of opening a hobby box and hitting that huge card!
I’m not an expert in the field of older chrome cards but the greening seems to be predominantly in the 93-94 finest up to the 97-98 topps chrome. The greening seems to be less and less after these years. Any card exposed to excess sun will still have this effect but the product doesn’t typically have this issue after the 97-98 product from what I’ve seen. Thanks for watching!
beside the centering, you have control (during an open of the packs) the condition of the corners, sides, and surface. It turns out that grading companies are making million just back examining those pillars. However, you don't give a hoot about them.

Those are some clean cards. How much did you pay for the box? I would rather buy that than shell out 1000 dollars for a panini product. I hate panini.
At the time of the box opening I paid 480 for it. The same box is over 2k now. Incredible how much love these older boxes are getting now.

I just opened some and they were faded real bad. Almost half were like green around the faces. Wonder if they are still worth anything?
