I’ll give Play Myrtle an A for effort. Clearly production wasn’t up to the level most YT golf fans are accustomed to, but having a golf tournament video following the play of 16 golfers takes more logistics, planning and resources than the small crew required to follow just 1. Admit it, we’ve all been spoiled by the golf vids from content creators like Peter Finch, GoodGood Golf, Grant Horvat, BustaJack, RGC, Luke Kwon, etc. I give them kudos for attempting this and offering it up to YT golf fans. Lessons will be learned and we can just hope that it improves next year.
funny that you say that as the actual footage was all captured by the pga tour and play myrtle beach. the difference is in the editing which was peter's boys.
Pete like many of us will look at that round and think of the If’s, but and maybe’s where he dropped his shots. Some of those pin placements! Certainly setting a challenge

Outstanding effort Pete! PGA tour could take pointers in this production, showing how they could enhance the broadcast by creating individual broadcast channels for a specific golfer and follow them for 18 holes, showing caddie / player interaction, specific shots and reactions. Great work team!

Pete your qualifying videos have always been my favourite. More pressure is what you need. You didn’t collapse and you came back from the edge more than once. It’s clear that you want it. Live the dream, be the dark horse qualifier. The visuals are up there this time. Sound is always a challenge when you are moving. But this was the best golf vid I’ve watched in years.

You definitely had the best Caddy. I've watched everyone's versions of this event and he was spot on with every number, line and option. Didn't over talk every shot, and was encouraging with whatever choice you finally made. Obviously, with water front on 10, you needed an extra CL B with that lie, but other than that. Flawless.
Your caddie choice was excellent! no cheerleading buddy but actual knowledge that actually make you feel even more confident in your shots. Grant & others should learn from this

I feel like the equipment you are using this year has helped your game. The Ping 10k driver doesn't miss fairways, and the Blueprint S irons are the right balance of consistency and forgiveness. Very impressive round of golf.
The Best swing rhythm I've seen from Mr. Finch in the years watching - Driving was off the charts and irons pretty damn good as well - that was one scary stroke-play track in competition - well done sir - confidence should be sky high after that! Well played your Caddie as well - top stuff.
This was a heart pumping video. Really loved the feeling portrayed with the edit. So pumped to see Pete play quite well. I played there around 20 years ago when visiting family. My cousins husband was director of golf there and various other courses In Myrtle Beach. First time I had played for 5 years and shot 79! Course was amazing compared to a muddy Devon course. Hold a putt on 18 from fringe to back left pin, longest putt I’ve ever made. Brings back lovely memories watching this.
Found myself saying things like..Oh! Pete what are you doing!? (Especially on that putt on the 9th) and, Great shot. (Especially on the approach on the 2nd) Was rooting for you throughout. Well played Chaff.👏👍

You definitely had the best Caddy. I've watched everyone's versions of this event and he was spot on with every number, line and option. Didn't over talk every shot, and was encouraging with whatever choice you finally made. Obviously, with water front on 10, you needed an extra CL B with that lie, but other than that. Flawless.
Love this! I do enjoy the more serious playing and caddy/player interaction.

I feel like the equipment you are using this year has helped your game. The Ping 10k driver doesn't miss fairways, and the Blueprint S irons are the right balance of consistency and forgiveness. Very impressive round of golf.

The Best swing rhythm I've seen from Mr. Finch in the years watching - Driving was off the charts and irons pretty damn good as well - that was one scary stroke-play track in competition - well done sir - confidence should be sky high after that! Well played your Caddie as well - top stuff.

I played there around 20 years ago when visiting family. My cousins husband was director of golf there and various other courses In Myrtle Beach. First time I had played for 5 years and shot 79! Course was amazing compared to a muddy Devon course. Hold a putt on 18 from fringe to back left pin, longest putt I’ve ever made. Brings back lovely memories watching this.
Found myself saying things like..Oh! Pete what are you doing!? (Especially on that putt on the 9th) and, Great shot. (Especially on the approach on the 2nd) Was rooting for you throughout. Well played Chaff.👏👍
