Hi Len Simmons, all governments are this incompetent, it comes with the territory!, just like our autocratic Generals in the first world war at the battle of the Somme, keep on throwing thousands and thousands of soldiers at the German machine guns that 'should not have been there'.
The incompetence is no accident, they have been trained from birth that it is their duty to hand down instructions to us the proles, to do as they say when the say and make things happen to their prescription!, the fundamental ideology is wrong, but if they could see that they would not be therein the first place, this is all our fault for giving them a job they cannot do!. As regards motive, that is irrelevant! all that matters is how and what you do never why!. Cheers, Richard.
