Good on your mate I agree what you said about burgers being simple incorrect. If you go to an Italian delicatessen and get a Panini they’re putting in grated carrot lettuce. All you need is the proper Italian bread, the mixed meat the mellazani and a bit of cheese that’s it. They’re loading em up with over ripe tomatoes all sorts of shit The reason being is when they came out to Australia Australians thought we were being ripped off if it didn’t have lettuce tomato and carrot in it, but it ruins it It ruins the taste Proper and simple ingredients. Don't trip on Super Nash, they might be a smaller burger but they pack a mad punch if you like the spice. Tastiest chicken burger in the inner city. Frango's always gonna win tho, just cbf to sledge it out there.
One thing to note is he went to Petersham Frangos. The OG. To me, thats the best Frangos and burger. A lot of the chains don't execute the burger near as well.
In my town, new burger restaurants have opened up and honestly I just want a plain old burger with lettuce and onions and tomato sauce at a reasonable price. These gourmet burgers are $15 and over. Add in a serve of chips and it can be quite expensive.🍔🍟
