- We are finished with #harvest2021! The family time during harvest is awesome and we are very thankful that it went so smoothly.
This year we had our John Deere 6620 combine and International 666 and Farmall 504 doing the grain cart shuffle. Special shout out and thanks to our neighbor and cousin Kevin for helping with his refurbished John Deere A on Saturday.

What moisture do you guys like to shell your corn at ?
They usually aim for about 16%. We don't have a drier, just a fan on our bin so they try to get it pretty low
Great footage of typical Ohio small operation in action. I grew up on an Ohio farm very similar. Great to see the harvest taking place. Hoping you had great yields and no break downs - kudos to your family! The equipment looks very well maintained and kept very clean. Seeing your son riding along in that cab of the combine with either Grandpa or his Dad brings back a lot of great memories. Congrats on finishing the corn harvest of 2021.
