@@tormachinc I make anything that is needed for my company’s engineering department, wire set fixtures, seal force state fixtures, mold inserts for silicone, something different all the time. ps we may be looking into also purchasing a 8l lathe to open up more possibilities.
I couldn't agree more with Larry. The Tormach 1100MX is an amazing machine tool. I have thoroughly enjoyed exploring it's capabilities and continue to push it's limits. The next step is to get an 8L or 15L and add turning capabilities to my shop. To anyone questioning a Tormach, try it for yourself. If you have realistic expectations you will not be disappointed!
Same! I was thinking the 15L but after closer look and using Gang tooling; I'm leaning towards getting the 8L. Though for what I'm doing I wouldn't need a very big machine, and if I ever need a bigger one I should be able to afford the 15L by then.
I've owned my 770MX for a year now and love it.....simply put ......It does what it was designed to do! I do have a question. Larry mentioned machining 14ga. stainless. I have a customer that needs some 16ga. 304 3" dia. discs and I'm interested in what tooling was used to machine the stainless. Thanks Tormach!
Hello Larry, Looks like we share the same last name, don't see to many of us Britzman, but maybe you can help me, I'm looking to possible purchasing a Tormack 15L slant CNC and I'm looking to mill cooper, any advise.

We talked with Larry about Fusion 360. He loves his EZ CAM, and the ability to talk directly to the software engineers to have his suggestions implemented right away. Has anyone else used EZ CAM. What do you think about it?
Ezcam has been around for decades. Buy it once, no annual fees. They have been excellent to work with. I've only had two small issues, both were fixed within minutes, with a updated post processor emailed, again within minutes of contacting my representative at Ezcam. I looked at fusion before I purchased Ezcam. I didn't have a very big window to learn cam. After I compared both fusion free trial and Ezcam free trial. It was an easy decision. For what I do it is perfect.
you guys are awesome loving the 440 =)
We're glad you love the PCNC 440! What do you make with it?

Five flute carbide endmill. I've had great longevity with endmills from Shars.
