good ! do advise students to take commitment for self analysis during meditation and to find out the blocks where they struck in, this will help them to come out from their negative thoughts and to be more positive with clear mind
And ma'am, I heard that we need to compulsorily put a yoga mats or something like that while meditating is it compulsory if yes what is benefits of doing that please let me know .
Madam, as per your instruction I am practising meditation and I can go on with it one hour or more continuously now. I practice 1 hour at morning usually somewhere between 4am - 6am and at evening in between 8pm - 10pm. I believe I can effective practice the first four steps, but the last two steps viz visualisation and emptying the mind are found impossible so far. Madam I need your advice in this regard...plz
