    our teacher made us watch this video and everyday from now we (the class) do all of your butterfly swim exercises

    Love this - wish you would call out next exercise at changes when the occur so it can be guided by voice without having to keep looking up at video when timer changes.

      Awesome to hear that you worked through all of them. If this was the most difficult, which did you enjoy the most? Also, have you tried the sprinter dryland?

      @@TheApolloAthletic i enjoyed the back one most. Im most orrientaded to backstroke. I havent tried the sprinter one yet. Hope to see more awesome Workouts. Cant wait to get back in the pool and see the results.

    Thank you so much I really needed this. I have a swim meet coming up in a week, but from now until then we aren’t allowed to practice at the pool (pool isn’t owned by the team, there’s some kind of event going on that week). I’m supposed to do 100 m butterfly, but I only do 50 m typically. I thought I was screwed, until I found this video. Thanks

    For 2 weeks I get swim 200 butterfly in competetive in 50m swimmingpool and now we don't swim because it's holidays so I am looking for some excersias what gonna help me thank you

    These workouts leave me too sore to train properly
    It my be because I’m doing all four stroke specific workouts at once tho
