Mother son drive to Spiti Valley | Ep.1 Bhilai-Sagar-Delhi

This video series portrays my road trip from Bhilai Chattisgarh to Spiti valley in Himachal Pradesh. I traveled in my 2015 model Maruti Ritz and was accompanied by my mother. During our entire trip we covered almost all settlements in and around Spiti valley namely Chitkul, Nako, Gipu, Tabo, Mud, Dhankar, Langza, Komic, Hikkim, Kaza, Key, Kibber, Chicham, Chandrataal lake, Batal, Chhatru, Gramphu, Rohtang pass & Manali.
DAY 1: Bhilai-Gonida-Balaghat-Seoni-Sagar (592 kms)
Started early morning at 5:00am and reached Sagar by 7:30pm. Travelled on NH-6 (Mumbai-Kolkata hwy) till Kohamara then took a diversion towards Gonida and then connected to NH-44 (Kanyakumari-Srinagar hwy) at Seoni.
Route condition:
Bhilai to Kohamara | Four lane | Excellent
Kohmara to Gondia | Single road | Bad
Gondia to Seoni | Single road | Average
Seoni to Sagar | Four lane | Excellent
Expenses incurred:
Toll tax : 550
Fuel : 1830
Hotel : 1273 | Hotel Deepali palace Sagar | Goibibo
Food : 115
Misc : 40
Total : 3808/-
DAY 2: Sagar-Jhansi-Gwalior-Agra-Noida (672kms)
Started early morning at 6:00am and reached Noida by 7:30pm. Continued on NH-44. Cattle menace was at its peak between Sagar and Jhansi. Had to encounter some bad roads on Gwalior-Jhansi section. Crossing Dabra and Morena was the biggest pain. Enjoyed the drive on Yamuna expressway and reached Noida by 9:30pm.

@@anuragsearching It will be 1000 kms. In one day that would be very hectic. If there are two drivers in the car then it can be done. Leave as early as 4am and have a target of reaching Agra by 12:00 in the night. But if you are alone to drive better to break the drive in 2 days.
