For extra air flow on mine I think I'm gonna take the passenger insert out and mesh the windshield and windows, do you think this will work with cooling and keeping debris out
I heard that you should oversize the holes on your body a little bit so theres some room for things to flex when bashing. I oversized the holes on my mojave body a little bit with a rotary tool, i think that extra wiggle room helps.
Nice! Good Idea man! Il diffinitely do that when I get a new body... I think its too late for this one, its too thrashed! 🤣🤣🤣 Thanks for watching bro... Hope you subbed to the channel and stay tuned 😊
Does the car come with fan an heat sink? I saw a guy saying that it didn't on those? Just checking. I have one on the way. Or Is it do I need to add an extra to keep them from getting hot? 🤔
Hey bro, thanks for watching. No i believe mine did not come with fan, only the heatsink..but it is always a good investment to ad cooling fans on your motor and esc even when you think you may not need it which seems to be the case with arrma in this truck 😅.. i mean really? For the amount you pay they couldnt just add a 10dollar fan 😅
I bought a Mojave last night and this video is super helpful to me , I’m going to order the wheel arch kit I have them fitted to my Felony and Infraction and they are good and I think I will do the body mount filling like you did , so thank you very much for a very useful video with good advice, cheers mate ...
Oh my bad bro! Its quite straight forward to install the aluminium mounts just have to be aware where the body mounts bolt back in, otherwise you will be guessing and having to keep remounting them to match the holes 👍😊😊😊
@@surfside75 yeah not sure about being in a basher.. the purpose of carbon fibre is supposedly saving weight? Its rigid but not sure on the flex of the material. You would want some flex in a basher and if we are bending the stock shock towers there is alot of force going into it...the carbon fibre may snap before it bends, in theory anyway. Correct me if im wrong but the only way to find out is to install and field test 😉
Ok let me correcty myself, carbon fibre is alot more stronger than aluminium, so with the same size piece as aluminium its stronger.. u could make say a 5mm thick aluminium and a 3mm thick carbon fiber and the strength is equal (weight saving)... The down side is once the carbon fibre reaches its limit the failure will be unforgiving, where as the aluminium hits over its yield limit it will just bend... So a bent shock tower you may keep running the car as to a broken one into pieces 😃...
@@KingsRC I may just order a second set for the green rtr mojave basher IF I bend the stock metal shock towers. I just wanted them for the bling on my Mojave v2 showtruck🤩 came with a couple other pieces too and I bought the Basherqueen carbon fiber servo stand. I'd buy all carbon parts but that's all I found so far. Wish I could find carbon fiber suspension arms but I bought the GPM aluminum ones. Let me know if I missing anything.
I found it at the hardware store man its like really fine aluminium mesh..ive had it laying around for a while but check out hardware stores, sorry cant tell you exactly where to buy bro
I used pool noodles for my body mounts, works awesome.
Thanks bro.. will get some of those 👍👍👍
Good to know about scorched rc inner fenders, helps keep inside chassis clean
Thanks for watching dude! Diffinitely worth it! Keeps most things out specially rocks and grass ☺️

What a beast!! I love the Mojave 💪
Mojave is gotta be the toughest arrma 😁... Done any upgrades to yours bro?
@@KingsRC I installed some scorched inner fenders and I'm running a castle mmx8s 1650kv combo 🙂✌
@@basher-85 killer... how U like the max 8 combo? To the stockies?
@@KingsRC oh sorry I meant the Mamba Monster X 8s combo not the max8. It's insanely fast. I mainly run it on 4s and 6s, 8s is just too much 😅
@@basher-85 sweet bro! I'm eventually going down the path of overpowering this thing 😁
Looks like you need another truck 😂 it's all smashed 🤦.
Great looking part's 🇬🇧

Basher queen is the carbon fiber right? Ive gotta check out the mesh chasis bag.. thanks bro
@@KingsRC Yes carbon fiber, what do you think of that material being used in a basher? (these are going in a showtruck)

Which motor fan did you use
Oh damn, just realised I said it in the vid and edited it out 🤣🤣🤣 just the stock arrma esc fan, was all I could find at the time. Fits perfect 👍
Cosa viene messo sotto la carrozzeria
It’s aluminum, not aluminium.
