      Hi Gina, thanks for watching. Yes, apply a #hashtag to whether a lead is hot, warm, cold, etc. - watch my latest video on follow-up - and consistently do that to move them to conversion (make sure to try various methods to connect - email, call, VM drop, etc.). Hope that helps!

    New to kv core, how can I give a free guide but capture their info before giving them the guide so I can auto apply a smart campaign once I have their email.
    I wanted to do a landing page then have a button or way to capture their info before giving a freebie.

      Hi Kelly, thanks for watching. One way to do that is to redirect the button to a simple Thank You page. And, create a trigger in smart campaigns to send the guide to them for that hastag. Hope that helps!
