    Loved this video! And I like so much about my chime, too, but you are spot on about support. More often than not, I even feel like they're gaslighting me on stupid issues. It's not a good look for them, and if more videos like this one come out, we'll all start learning about alternatives, but for now, what I like about chime, I love and I'm staying put.

    Thanks for your feedback about AgentLocator Eric, consider it done :) we've merged the lead gen platform with our branded platform as well and are now launching all new clients on the new platform. We will upgrade all existing clients as well from the branded legacy system to the new platform as well. Also, we have VOW access (Sold data for: Toronto, Ottawa & Calgary) + we are working on others sold data feeds across Canada & the USA.

    This review is spot on. I had Chime for 3 years. Had some great tools but the support was not good and the system was hard for the agents to learn a flow. Plus it seemed like they wanted to keep you in there all in one and add additional charges for new add-ons.
    I switched from Chime to Ylopo/FUB and have had a great experience with FUB, ylopo not ao much. 6 months later i have cancelled and moved over to Sierra Interactive amd still using FUB.
    I have a call scheduled with your company this week to discuss ppc, etc.

    I used Real Geeks for almost 10 years. They have had so many backend technical problems over the last 12-18 months, I will be leaving them. To their credit, their tech support does answer me within 24 hours, but solutions are short lived and continuous. I went from a raving fan to absolutely not recommending them. I am leaning towards SI at this point and just have a little more research to do before making a decision. Moving all the data over...not looking forward to that.

Why didn't I see this video BEFORE I signed that KvCore agreement 4 days ago? 😭😭 Already see soooo much problems with KvCore and everything they said in this video is spot on! I see why they don't offer a free trial because its horrible! I feel trapped! Like I was sent to prison for the next 14 months! over $1000 per month for something that doesn't work for me AT ALL! Boomtown doesn’t get our stamp of approval unfortunately. It’s another “all in one” website + CRM, but the sites are slow and not optimized for lead generation. Sierra would be the better option if want a website that converts well, and offers a more advanced backend CRM.

    Can I ask a really stupid question? I like the idea of using RG and FUB together but think I like SI better. I am not sure what I am basing that on. Does RG have landing pages for funnels or is that FUB? But FUB doesn't have websites so I assume you can't do funnels?? Do you need an idx for Google leads or ads? would FUB and click funnels make some sense? Is RG the best due to speed? I need a 4-hour class to digest all of the options. I am in a new market with some cold leads and zero sphere. So digital marketing is super important to me. I am also a brokerage owner, not sure that matters a lot.

    • @ericbpreston
      @ericbpreston  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I mean, if you want to build funnels I'd use something different, bit thats a whole can of worms as I'd ask what is the purpose of the funnel first? SI will work as your website/crm just fine! For funnels, we use HighLevel, I have a link in the description. But honeslty, I wouldn't go down that path alone.
      Also, be sure to register for my live webinar this week if you liked this, it's going to be awesome, and we talk about webinar funnels specifically! agentlaunch.com/webinar

    Sierra is amazing...but it's SLOW AS HELL. I've used it for a year and a half, and moving from one lead to another takes 5-15 seconds. If you're calling hundreds of leads of day, you're losing the ability to call a TON of leads that you'd be able to call with another, faster, CRM.

    So FUB doesn’t provide leads, just pulls from sources you need to provide. I don’t like the fact Lofty outsourced to CCP dictatorship for confidentiality, privacy of North American client data BUT seems like Lofty provides the best features & automatic lead generation? These CRMs are all confusing enough, I appreciate your review. Aside from websites (which is a trap into their ecosystem) who offers the most real world, useful lead generation out of the box? That is who should be the best? Being able to call through platform is nice but not essential (have to pay more on FUB for that feature too). The whole point of a CRM is who is the best at providing leads, then also having an easy to use, efficient user experience?

    • @ericbpreston
      @ericbpreston  ปีที่แล้ว

      There is a lot to unpack in this comment, but in short:
      1. The best "lead generation out of the box" in our opinion is rarely the best solution. Anything that applies to all agents means that you will blend in with the noise because you are doing what everyone else is doing. Will it generate some leads? Likely, but getting the lead is not even half the battle.
      2. We also don't believe the best CRM is the one that is best at providing leads. A CRM is meant to manage the leads, manage your processes, and stay organized within your sales system/nurturing ecosystem. Certain features/user experience points are definitely important to consider because they will help you in that process, but our philosophy is that lead generation and CRMs are two different discussions. In our experience, real estate software that is "good" at everything is never "amazing" at each individual thing. As a result, agents end up leaving tens of thousands on the table because they want to save a few hundred.

      Most agents have multiple lead sources, so FUB’s ability to easily consolidate all your sources into one place is a big selling point. Some CRMs also offer lead generation services, but that often comes with very little control and visibility for the agent as far as ad campaigns being run.

    • @ericbpreston
      @ericbpreston  ปีที่แล้ว

      Not exactly.
