Happy Saturday from CA. I would love to see a back and lats workout for the gym. I’m a 47 year old mom who loves to do weights. I work out 5 days a week and I have a full time job. Also, would like to see meal ideas before working out in the am, since I usually workout at 4:30am. I usually have warm water with lemon qs soon as I get up, then do a protein shake with water before the gym and while I’m in the gym I have pre-workout.
A great soda alternative is Zevia!! And if you’re looking for something delicious and carbonated that’s still not too unhealthy, Trader Joe’s has this sparkling coconut Yuzu water that is absolutely delicious and only 70 calories a can. But I am the same way, I love love love Dr. Pepper but I know it’s so bad and also not good for my dental health either. But everything in moderation, including moderation sometimes 😂 🤪 but go easy on yourself too, I love putting on your videos for workout motivation but they’re also very relaxing to watch and I so appreciate how real and transparent you are about everything not always being “perfect”, whatever that means. 💖💖💖
I used to love soda and I would try not to have it often. Felt like I would always love it but recently have discovered I don’t like it anymore or enjoy it. I slowly tried and still working on changing my eating habits not to restrict but still eat what I like but focus on the whole foods and cooking at home. That has really made a difference for me. Feel a little off track at the moment but will try again.
Ollipop might help with the soda cravings! They are prebiotic (or probiotic?) sodas with very little sugar. I love everything sweet, so that helps so much!
I drink flavored seltzer, pelligrino or water with meals; post workout Roar or Twist with meals. A good breakfast for me is scrambled eggs on toast with avocado topped with salsa Y-U-M-M-O! Btw, your son is sooo cute!
