In this case that you did....exactly this case.... John doe doesnt work so he didnt renovate his EAD. He has only his social and he diesnt drive neither (John doe would be a minor 16yo) so technically John doe doesnt have an non expired photo id (since he doesnt drive and his EAD is expired), can he get the travel doc anyways?
