We talked about how America should get rid of pennies for like 4 minutes straight and Ashton was so into conversing something silly like that with me. Great very genuine people.
Mila is just so humble and chill and a normal person. Like, the fact that she was raised the way she was, and how her parents sometimes made her take the bus to set when she was on That 70s Show. Like all that stayed with her and kept her grounded. I feel like she's one of those actors that recognizes that this really is just her job. Hair can be extremely damaged washed daily, especially curly hair. Keeping your private parts cleaned daily is enough, the rest of your body 1-3 days between showers/baths is perfectly ok. Ask your primary care physician or dermatologist and they'll agree.

Obviously there's a cultural difference as well because in my country we bathe every day twice. Parents, no matter how many kids they have, get them bathed twice a day and eventually they grow to learn how to do it themselves. It isn't obsessive or a privilege for rich parents who have the time. We just never viewed bathing as an act you do only when you "look dirty." Plus we take care of our skin afterwards and the elders still look extremely youthful and their skin like a baby's.

Not everyone has the same body. Some people sweat more. Some people develop body odor much faster. Some people don't even need to use deodorant. If you work up a sweat every single day, then you should be showering every day, or at least a rinse off shower. But if you have a casual day and don't get dirty or sweaty, then every couple or three days should be fine for most people. Regardless, other people's bathing habits are really not your concern, unless you have to sit next to them for any length of time and they smell. I've worked with a couple of people who really had no clue about their body odor or their mildew smelling clothes that they didn't dry properly.
Actually most doctors will tell you showering and cleaning yourself every day is not good for you since it will dehydrate your skin. You should shower when you're dirty or at least every other day if you feel the need.
