To provide a full picture, it would be helpful to have estimates of the property tax for the would-be buyer ( not the current owner…) and also insurance premiums; ballpark values are fine of course. Very informative video.
@@jaafarasri5256 I appreciate the comment. Thank you. Insurance premiums and taxes are gonna be relevant to the lot, size of home, and sales price/assessed value. I’m happy to go through that with you, if you could please reach out to my team via email info@themorejongroup.com
@@TampaFloridaLiving the prices you're sharing are also relevant "to the lot, size of home"; but the monthly payment in some areas nowadays is about to be the same as the carrying costs. you're providing just a portion of the information by providing only average home "values".
@ again that varied too much to accurately provide in a video. Interest rates change per your credit score etc, down payment affects the monthly payment and so many other things. That being said if anyone is interested in a home in tampa i always suggest they reach out to my team as we can help better understand what that looks like customized to that specific person. If and when i do specific home tours i typically do break things down a but further
Great video! FYI - I've been monitoring the area a lot over the last six months - pool single-family homes $500-1.5k, reasonably close in. Westchase and South Tampa do move fast, but I've seen that well-priced houses in good shape near Countryside Mall - Clearwater to Palm Harbor, Dunedin to Safety Harbor, also including East Lake Woodlands - are going *incredibly* fast. I suspect it's access (beach + tampa + st pete + safety harbor/dunedin downtowns + mall + hospitals), and being elevated higher than other areas. We're largely focusing in on that area, too, for a relocation in the next couple years... though we also have our favorites in Apollo Beach waterfront houses. ;)
@@GoDFaDDa42 all are really good areas and harder to find turn key homes in the older areas. My team would be happy to help the planning process and narrowing down of the areas if you would like to reach out to us via email : info@themorejongroup.com.
@@TampaFloridaLiving Yeah, the ones that are "ready for a reno" are just not selling with this much inventory. When you get one with great updates, and it's priced well, they go crazy fast (compared to the broader Seattle area, which is still a little slow while we wait for rates to come down).
@ rates will come down but not fast. And not that low. My prediction is that they will take tike and may come into the 5’s but wont make it to 3-4%. I actually just sold my home and purchased a fixer upper and got a great deal in a hot area.
Hey Adam! Great job as usual. I’m thinking of moving more towards Apollo beach area. I know further away from Tampa but I’d love your thoughts? I should add I teach kids martial arts so a young community would be great. Thank you in advance 🙏🏼
@@chrisrizzo627 dang. I missed that. It was there a few months ago when i shot westchase and honestly haven’t been into that strip in a while. Thanks for the update!

@@TampaFloridaLivingok... In my price range, and location choice? New Tampa! I hit the Powerball, Harbour Island.

No worries. It split into two restaurants, one is Italian and the other is tacos.

Lol
Westchase is overcrowded and so is New Tampa!
