The Valley of the End is one of the most important places in the Naruto Universe. While only shown a few times, it housed multiple series changing events, each of which altered fates of the village each time. The Valley of the End was formed after a massive battle between Hashirama Senju: The First Hokage, and Madara Uchiha. Having lost faith in the village that he and Hashirama had built together, Madara left it and returned years later to destroy it. He brought with him the Nine-Tails to show he meant business, and in the end, Hashirama was forced to pseudo-kill Madara (I say pseudo because Izanagi is a thing Madara can do). This brought about a time of peace that didn’t last very long, as the First Shinobi World War broke out not too long afterward. It further planet the seeds that would eventually lead up to the Fourth Shinobi World War as well as the revival of the Ten-Tails. And this all occurred because a tiny line of events cascaded into a rift that separated two of the most powerful leaders in the world. But I can’t help but wonder this… what would have happened if that rift never formed? What is Madara never left the Village?

It's crazy to think how much could have changed if Madara remained. We could only wonder how things would have been if Izuna had lived as well. Wonder if Madara might have accented to Peace or would Izuna have kept him going in the war effort.

You forgot to include the impacts of Jiraya and Tsunada and Hiruzen and the impacts of Fugaku , Shisui, and Itachi. Plus Kakashi’s father lol so much would be prevented if Madara stayed without hatred and trusted in Hashirama

Well with Madara around, Hiruzen wouldn't need to step up, so he's most likely going to be just yet another prominent Jonin without actual political power. Sure, him and Danzo, and maybe his whole platoon would be renowned, but it's not like they're going to be _that_ popular. Probably on par with canon Kakashi's popularity or the three Sannin, as in everyone knows and respects them, but not that they changed people's lives or anything much.

If Madara never left, Black Zetsu will probably have to wait another century until Sasuke is born (he knows about the reincarnation). Anyway with Madara in Konoha, the village is stacked. You got Senju, Uchiha, and more. Not to mention Hashirama who's the strongest shinobi up until the introduction of six paths characters. I think Tobirama would be pretty salty and Madara would probably be the second Hokage. If that's the case then I can see the Uchiha clan to be relatively safe because there will be no nine tails attack. Naruto won't be the jinchuriki, and probably Itachi doesn't have to kill his clan because the village is relatively safe. But I can see Danzo or Orochimaru to be a problem, more so Danzo than Orochimaru. Orochimaru will probably tried to infiltrate the Uchiha clan but he will get pointed by Itachi and he'd probably ran away. Danzo will probably in Amegakura so Yahiko's death is inevitable, and the creation of the current Akatsuki will continue under Nagato. But without Obito or Itachi, Akatsuki would be heavily weakened.

Did Tobirama really want to become hokage? He was doing some freaky shit in the background. Having someone like Madara as hokage would help. Then after Madara kicked the bucket Tobirama then would have no choice but to become hokage. Third hokage I guess. And in this timeline Tobirama wouldn't have died in the second war.

Madara, Hashirama and Tobirama would probably continue to use the impure world technique because they would be the anchors of the village. They’re like gods without being gods. I would like to see a follow up video on this if they continue using the technique to current Boruto and how it would affect all the arcs there

If Madara isn't gonna let go then Tobirama is gonna stay someone has to try and keep him in check and he's gonna call his big brother.

I feel like this left out some important parts, Sakumo Hatake would likely still be alive in this timeline, being an incredibly powerful ninja. And I feel like Kakashi still could have gotten a sharingan with how many people died in the wars. And what would have happened with Sarutobi and Danzo?

I mean things can possibly go the same in this war, because the Akatsuk, iirc, didn't have much part in this war. Maybe with Madara the war would be a lot easier for Genin Kakashi, Obito, and Rin, but I feel like Obito could still meet the same rock, but die as a result

I think Hiruzen would have a more important role, since he was stated in the databooks to be, in his prime, as strong or stronger than Hashirama. I also think Sasuke would not awake the Rinnegan since the cycle of conflict between Indra and Asura was broken when Madara decided to side with Hashirama. There would be no reason for Indra and Asura to reincarnate if they had already solved their problems.

For Sakura in this timeline, I would like this to be an opportunity for her to develop in ways she didn’t due to being neglected in the original timeline. There are so many possibilities that I think would work here
For example, during her Genin days, Sakura could get more individual attention from Kakashi because Naruto and Sasuke have stronger support systems, thus demanding less of his time and crisis management. Having the space to deal with all his students earlier, he pays more attention to sakura’s early growth. Sakura is an A+ student with remarkable chakra control and keen interest in learning, having been pegged as a Genjutsu type in the academy. However, her civilian background means that her practical skills such as taijutsu and weapons skills are much less developed. Also, she has childish notions about being “lady like” and living for her infatuation with Sasuke that stunt her growth further. Recognizing that she would benefit from a Kunoichi mentor, who better to draft as her extra-curricular sensei than Rin, who never died?
Rin becomes a mentor and confidant to Sakura, and is a huge role model about what it means to be a Kunoichi. She helps Sakura overcome her internalized misogyny and helps her navigate the sexism of the shinobi world. She also becomes an early instructor in medical jutsu to sakura, and is the one that encourages her to seek an apprenticeship with Tsunade after the chuunin exams.
Because of Rin’s influence, Sakura is able to mend her relationship with Ino much earlier, and the two train together more frequently. Sakura lets Ino practice her Mind Transfer jutsu on her often. While Ino gets stronger in her technique, Sakura also gains a more and more refined understanding of the human mind, which helps her mental fortitude, her practice as a healer, and her offensive techniques in battle.
Far from allowing sakura to be shunted off to Rin and Tsunade, Kakashi remains an active teacher in her life. Seeing her strength as a potential Genjutsu type, he helps train her to be an exceptional genjutsu user. This makes sakura extremely valuable in battle against future dojutsu users as she is almost impossible to trap in a genjutsu, and easily dispel genjutsus on her comrades, and can cast area genjutsus on her enemies with ease.
As always, Sakura is an extremely adept medic who flourishes under Tsunade. However, Tsunade herself is is an EVEN MORE impressive healer than in the OG timeline thanks to Hashirama’s continued presence, training, and support. As Sakura begins to gain more and more recognition for her skills, Tsunade confides in her grandfather that she believes Sakura will one day surpass her once she achieves her strength of a hundred seal.
Taking interest in the student that so impressed his Grandaughter, Hashirama extends his own supplementary tutelage to Sakura. When it comes time for Sakura to make a summoning contract with Katsuyu, Hashirama encourages sakura to follow in his footsteps and become a Sage, which not even Tsunade has achieved.
Upon mastering senjutsu, Sakura combines the wisdom gained from her mentors to make an unprecedented alteration to Tsunade’s strength of a hundred seal. I’m addition to her own chakra that is stored in the seal, Sakura also starts storing senjutsu chakra in additional seals on her forehead. This counteracts the negative consequences of using the seal that Tsunade mentions, and cements her as the finest healer of her age.
As Team 7 continues to develop, the parallels between that team and those that came before them become obvious to their fore-bearers. The similarities between Hashirama, Madara, Sasuke, and Naruto are impossible to ignore. It becomes clear that Naruto and Sasuke are likely to continue the legacies of the first and second Hokages (and of Indra and Ashura before them). However, having come to understand that Love and Strength need to be balanced by Reason, Sakura comes to represent the continuation of Tobirama’s legacy. While Sakura and Tobirama are vastly different characters, they share a common position of having to be a mediator and voice of reason between two Gods of Shinobi. Having been closely affiliated with Multiple ruling Senju, Sakura continues to grow in political aptitude and strategic thinking. While she never bids (nor has interest) in becoming hokage, her continued presence and experience in Village government make her a key advisor and eventually elder council member by the time Naruto becomes Hokage
Sakura is amazing in my eyes and if Naruto and Sasuke grow from this AU I think she has SO much potential too

Sakura is a hated character tho so not many will appreciate this take.. and i honestly dont really like her too. So many reasons lol, and they kinda reflect irl too xD in terms of actually dating people..... I dont really wana explain that though and its kind of far fetched, i dont even go back to this but its weird how this aligns for me.. i guess all i will say is that i wish more selfless people existed xd.... Or maybe just some relationships dont work out in the end and thats all there is to it.. kind of sad, but what can you do.. i still have my gf but ik i will lose her after uni, we talked about it and i guess there isnt anything more to say.. who knows though, i have hope, wish she did too i guess.....

In my opinion if he stayed he would’ve forced all the other villages into submission or forced peace. Since Hashirama really wanted peace and had the power to take out villages if he wanted. As an act to show he wanted peace he sold the beasts to the other villages and they still ended up having wars. Of course he still had Tobirama to balance out his childish demeanor however that alone wasn’t enough as the other leaders didn’t take him seriously or someone to fret over
To be honest, Madara had a better sense of peace than Hashirama. Hashirama's way of peace only worked till he was alive. After he died, wars broke out. Madara's influence could ensure eternal peace. It's basically the passing of a torch that will do this.

Personally i dont think enough of the war part is taking into account how ridiculously OP the leafs living ninja are, so when we presume things go largely the same its really only for convenience.
Obito lives, Kakashi never gets sharingan, White Fang still dies, Shisui lives, Itachi lives, entire uchiha clan lives, Might Dai lives not needing to sacrifice himself since backup would arrive.
Dan and Tsunades brother still die leading to Tsunade leaving the Leaf, so she would never teach Sakura healing, nor would they ever need to find her to come back to be hokage since theres multiple living hokage.
The united hokage struggling to fight off Pain, who sage mode naruto could Solo, was really an odd choice, same with them struggling against the akatski, who with Pain as the strongest member, especially with how many decades of experience they got back along with their prime bodies, their chakra would make guys like Kisame go inky in his fish tank.
Sending naruto out on missions outside of the village when they know Jinchuriki are being targeted makes no sense considering how stacked the roster is in the Leaf is.
And assuming the stacked leaf roster didnt kill Hanzo during the war, nagato killed him, and assuming Jiraiya was on a journey tracking the akatsuki, once he found out they were in the hidden mist, they literally could just kick the door down and body everyone, imagine the 4th and 2nd just shadow cloning and using their god speed all over the place, even a big trap from Konan would be negated with a single teleport or buddha statue summon.
the only member who might survive is Black Zetsu.
That stacked roster though if you really think of it, their casualties would be really low because theyd have stronger platoon leaders leading the charge.
Notable Uchiha : Madara, Itachi, Shisui, Obito, Fugaku, Later Sasuke, all prodigies or Mangekyo users, who if they saw ANY konoha ninja die in front of them, they could awaken it, not just having to be their best friend, they just need to get emotional enough to unlock it by seeing a death before them, plus Madara having kids would lead to some strong ass kids.
Kage level ninja non Uchiha: Hashirama, Tobirama, Hiruzen, Danzo, Minato, White Fang, Guy Sensei, Hyuuga Elites, Kakashi, Jiraiya, Tsunade if she stayed due to having other family alive,
Having so many strong ninja, 3 of whom can teleport to support teams being overwhelmed means few people die and genin should rarely see combat and an invasion of konoha is considered $u1c1d3.

Kakashi would stomp Zabuza without his sharingan bc he would definitely be stronger, without minato, rin and obito dying I believe he wouldn’t sulk and be late. I've always thought this scene would be nice. hashirama closing his eyes in their last fight, imagining him sitting with madara and their families in the village they created, madara smiling and holding his child, then slowly fading away as if hashirama has finally let go of what madara Uchiha could have been :(
I never understood why both strength and love couldn't come together to protect the Leaf. We've seen Gaara transformed by Naruto's love for his friends and his willingness to die/kill to protect them. Naruto's love gave him the strength to fight for more than just himself.
I can only imagine how epic a movie about hasirama and madara would be

So technically, would’ve been the boruto for madara and hashirama instead of naruto shippuden. That’s how I see it anyways. But you should do the boruto storyline too with this what-if. It’d be cool to see how madara, hashirama, naruto and sasuke, deal with momoshiki and Kara.

this was a really good video, i do wish we got a different team 7 tho iamgine a team with obito as the head and naruto, hinata, and sasuke. ( i would keep the naruto and sasuke for the kakashi and obito parellels but just replace sakura with hinata who is also similar to rin). also having a uchiha and hyuga on the same team kinda supports the peace the 3 hokage were going for since the hyuga and uchiha have a similar rivilary to uchiha and senju. edit; also rest in peace hiruzen the lost hokage.

The only real change I would make is the 10 tails would re split and the tailed beasts free, Kurama would free most his other half from Minato, leaving him just enough to live a full life.
Sasuke would be way stronger than ever under Madara’s teaching. Also you forget Itachi and Shisui and Fugaku and Kakashi’s father and Obito???? Lol they’d have charge alot in the leaf. And Hiruzen….

where is obito in all of this? he would surely be one of the strongest in the verse having dms kamui which would activate 2x faster and he’d have a susano’o. if we just look how broken he was with 1 MS which he never went blind from (kakashi didn’t either meaning it isn’t because of hashirama cells or zetsu) and because of the wars he could get EMS and because of that a perfect susano’o like kakashis where it can fly and use kamui shuriken. i was expecting him to have a large roll in this entire theory
Obito only became strong through Madara's training, which only happened so he could use Obito in the infinite Tsukoyomi plan. Madara isn't corrupted in this version,so that never happens. He probably is an ordinary Uchiha without Madara's influence. Plus he only awakened his sharingan through rins death. That wouldn't happen sense Madara wouldn't make that happen in this timeline. He would probably have a sharingan but wether hed have a mangyekou is uncertain. He still wouldn't be trained by Madara and as strong as he in the original timeline, regardless.
Tbh there's no telling if he's even alive in this timeline long enough. Who knows.
@@sasukethighcrusher i think it’s safe to say he does have MS because he goes through 2 wars which like he said kills a lot of people some of his friends probably died. as for training he’s still a student of minato who could also train him up extremely powerful

@@g4g3_k95 yeah but a whole world war happens that might kill him. And yeah he might get stronger by training under Minato but I don't think it will be the same. I'm not saying he "wouldn't" get strong, but without Madara it's hard to say because things would play out so differently.
