Bought a brand new cruiser S last week and was surprised at the amount of stem wobble even after I tightened all of the lose screws. Quite rattley to even on concrete paths, am hoping the suspension beds in and i get a smoother ride. Plus side it's super responsive and powerful.

Hi there buddy. You're right. There is quite a bit of stem wobble and it does rattle quite a bit, especially the deck, even when all of the hex bolts are tightened. This is quite disappointing. You will find that you have to frequently check all of the hex bolts to make sure they are tight as they do come loose with all of the vibrations and rattling that occurs. I would definitely suggest using some blue thread locker to minimise the likelihood of the bolts becoming loose. However, the bolts will still need checking frequently to ensure they remain tight and secure. You also have to be careful that you don;t over tighten the bolts as the heads will shear off. I've therefore bought a good value torque wrench to make sure that I don't overtighten them. Once you accept that need for the aforementioned ongoing maintenance, the scooter is great fun and makes an excellent commuter and fun ride. Even though I'm a big guy, I really enjoy riding mine and have no regrets about my purchase. Stay safe my friend. Very best wishes, Des

Hi there. I love the cruiser too. Have since gifted it to my son. Just requires regular maintenance and blue lock threader on all bolts. Best wishes, Des

Hi Des (Its Dan btw) just wondered what are the laws on these electric scooters as I'm under the impression that they can only be used on private land and if you want to use an electric scooter for work etc then you have to hire one of the awful scooters you see everywhere laying around, surely if you can use them with a valid driving licence then you can use your own private one with public liability insurance or similar as apparently the police are seizing private owned ones if they are being used on the road/public footpath etc.
as always brilliant video keep up the great work buddy

Hi there Dan. Hope you and yours are all good and thanks for dropping by mate. You're right - they're not currently legal in the UK on public roads and highways and there is always the risk of one being confiscated. Therefore, it's up the the individual whether they're prepared to take that risk. That said, they're everywhere these days and as far as I'm aware, our local police aren't too bothered providing they're being ridden with care and riders have taken proper precautions, such as, lights, visible clothing and protective gear, etc. Also, they don't appear to be too bothered if you're on a low key scooter (as most are) which doesn't attract a lot of attention (e.g. if it's got huge suspension springs, lights everywhere and unsightly colours which attract attention because they stick out so much). Regarding the point about having a driving licence and insurance ....... because they're not currently legal in the UK you won't be able to get insurance for them on public roads / highways. You cannot insure against an illegal act basically!. Best wishes mate, Des

So, after much deliberation I've bought this puppy to replace the LeMotion S1 Electric Scooter which had about as much power as an egg whisk. I will be using the Cruiser to commute to work 3 times a week. The journey is just under 6 miles each way. I will update you in a few weeks time. Fingers crossed it can haul my fat a*s* around town in an elegant and dignified manner. Fingers crossed ;?)

The plus out f this whole scooter is milage that's the only good thing about its basically a £500 scooter with a big battery and I'm sure you can get 30/35 amp battery for £500 which it would save you £500 it don't even get a seat that a rip
