Apparently, she was married yet still decided to catfish the both of them, anyway.
The NBA player was birdman ( I don't remember his real name) but he played for the Denver Nuggets at the time. The girl (not the catfisher) is a model now I think and is engaged to like a 70 year old guy.

I swear when Barba came on to the set, I wasn't sure how I was going to feel. Law & Order (all versions) are great at getting you attached to characters. However, Barba had the shortest run and one of the deepest impact. Barba was fantastic and is greatly missed.

God Barba was the best freakin ADA they had on this show. He annoyed me so much at first, but the more I got to watch him in action. Jesus he is brilliant.

She’s not a celebrity she’s an influencer. Anyone who has a consistent following over 20k is considered an influencer just smaller & then once they get to million of fan (like you tuber or ig models) they moved into the larger influencer/small celebrity category

It is based on an actual case of a Canadian woman of Native background who was also very isolated. In the original case, she didn't arrange for a brutal rape but she did cause significant problems for her victims.
Hard times and circumstances of life can make even the best of people do bad things. Doesn't make it right of course, yet I see and understand her point of view.

If you ask me, there's nothing to envy about people who are IG stars. They have to live up to enormous public pressure to be perfect in their public images, and the scrutiny is intense.

Humans can do just about ANYTHING if they're pushed to the limit. Even angels can turn into demons if they're cornered. Do not ever underestimate human emotions because they can definitely make you do things you weren't even aware that you can do.
It is said jealousy is an ugly thing for a reason. She may have a reason to be unhappy, but those she directed to was not only too far but also uncalled given that none of them knew her.

There was an episode like this on catfish. The girl that was cat fishing the two people made their lives hell even after the fact she was caught and was put in prison. She thought it was all fun and games
