This is a very nicely done setup for a single person or couple, with such beautiful tiles in the bedrooms. I could see turning the smaller bedroom into a home office, though I might get too distracted by the view. I was wondering where the refrigerator is in the kitchen though…didn’t see it in the tour.

Amazing panoramic views from the little sloped garden. Compact habitable 2 level built-in layout as a great lock&leave vacation home for a couple, with 2 proper bedrooms, one for guests. The raw cantina can be potentially become a summer kitchen on one side with a half bath, and the other side as storage.
Tried Google to search for basic amenities info(shops like bar, restaurant, mini mart, pizzaria...) at the village/town of Tavenna, molise, but with no avail.😂

Internet is very good. the nearest hospital is Termoli or Vasto. They distract about 30 minutes.
