Try build some squad value between now and then and you're in as strong as a position as you can be for the new year.

I've got double Brentford GK though, so if Schade plays up top and plays well, I'll be wildcarding to revamp the entire team
Watkins played over 80 mins because the game was in the balance. The issue with Watkins is if they are comfortable against Wolves, and he hasn’t returned, he’ll come off for Duran. I don’t like Watkins as an option anymore because of this

I honestly think saving the wildcard for when you'll need it more will get you more points over the season. Last week I transferred Alisson in for Raya (Forest & Bournemouth H vs Spurs & City A!) What a disaster that move was. Alisson gets 2, Raya gets clean sheet and now Alisson is likely injured. I think he wont play so am going to cancel the mistake and go back to Raya even though its City (given then have Leicester and Southampton H). First bit of bad FPL luck this season. Sadly only have Fabianski on the bench.
Do we not need to look away from who is playing 90 minutes. With the size and depths of squads and the amount of fixtures, it seems a players impact is the most important Garnacho comes to mind or Duran for example.

This looks like Diaz is more nailed than Jota, in my opinion. Diaz only competition is Gakpo and I don't see him starting anytime soon unless Diaz is injured or fatigue
Slot said Gakpo was meant to start last game instead of Diaz but Diaz was slightly more fit so he played instead. Diaz is 100% a rotation risk and Gakpo can easily start ahead of him
@lalex9988 Not far from the truth. Slot thought Diaz would come back from international duties a bit fatigue since he's coming from away compared to Gakpo, but Diaz showed he wasn't fatigued, so he started. So the left wing is Diaz to lose. Diaz is favoured in that position.
