I don't get it why they don't contain such information in the damned product specifications, instead they always put some overblown numbers. Thanks for the video, great showcase and straight to the point. I think the only thing missing unless I didn't notice is usb-c speed test, some laptops nowadays don't even have built-in USB port so I guess for some people it could be useful information.

Thanks. Yes I forgot to test usb-c speed, because my laptop and PC don't have usb-c ports. After I uploaded the video, I just remembered that I had to test it on my phone. 😉

Узнал недавно, что Ugreen использует в данном картридере чип RTS5306, вероятно из-за его дешевизны. Тогда как конкуренты, например Baseus, в однотипной модели в качестве контролера используют чип GL3224.
Ugreen сами уверяют, что чип GL3224 обладает лучшей производительностью по сравнению с аналогами. И в модели без type-c они до сих пор используют этот чип.
Странное решение от Ugreen, но надеюсь, это не скажется на качестве ридера и на сроке его службы.

I want this to download drone videos to my phone, that's why I have two questions:
Is the speed from SD card to USB-c the same as from SD card to the big USB port?
Also, what's the read speed? Because I would probably just copy the files, not move them.

Sometimes I watch video on my phone using this card reader and I haven't noticed that it speeds up the battery drain.
