Does yours get very hot during use? I bought the same one and it heats up too much, I'm afraid it's a defect but I talked to 2 other people who also have this ugreen reader and one said it heats up and the other doesn't, I'm not sure if I ask for a refund or if I continue with it even though it heats up while using =/
@@KevinPon. yeah I got it, I thought there'd be some clicking mechanism that locks the card in place. When you insert it it doesn't seem like it's in properly

I don't recall mine being very hot or hot to concern me. Do you smell burning?

it says it's for micro sdxc but it won't fit mine? I have a micro sdxc card for a gopro but it doesn't seem to fit this?
Try to put it put it the other way? Flip it upside down.

Make sure you shove it all the way in your phone. It could be the SD card. Maybe try another card
