    Number of floors = 2
    Column Height = 4 m
    Member Dimensions:
    RC Wall = 0.3 m width
    Column sizes = 0.3x 0.5 m
    Beam Sizes = 0.3 x 0.5 (depth)m
    Slab Thickness = 0.2 m
    Drop Thickness = 0.4 m (including the slab)
    Foundation = 0.5 m Raft with the area as same as the slab.
    Material Properties:
    Concrete; fc' = 40 Mpa (all members)
    E= 4700 sqr (fc')
    Steel: fy = 400 Mpa (A615 Steel)
    Footings on soil with 30000 kN/m²/m
    as a coefficient of subgrade reaction
    Loading:
    Load Case 1: Deal Load
    Self-Weight
    and 3 kN/m²
    Load Case 2: Live Load
    5 kN/m²
    Load Combinations:
    1.4 DL
    1.2 DL + 1.6 LL (Ultimate Load)
    1.0 DL+1.0 LL (Service Load)
