Thank you for the walkthrough. You mention acoustic textured ceilings and I;m wondering what other acoustic controlling feature help diminish the echo sound. I visited family in the Villages (7 year old house) with vaulted ceiling, main area with ceramic tiles, and carpeting in the living room and Bedrooms. Even with all the furniture, decorations, and other sound absorbing objects, the echo was very irritating. They are deaf as is my husband so no biggie for them, but for me……eeeeek. Thanks for any suggestions. One other question, comparing the weather from the north section down through to the newer south sections is there a noticeable difference? Happy Holidays
